Booking the survey was easy.
The quote and instructions were via email were very clear.
On the day Dan and Sean were quick, effective, polite and did a good job filling the holes with the right colour cement.
Accounts team were easy to work with when paying up.

Excellent service and competitively priced. The estimator Jody turned up on time , was knowledgeable and not in anyway pushy . Quoted very quickly and at nearly a third less than another firm we had been recommended to use and was able to book us in within 2 weeks. Arrows operative [Lee] arrived punctually on the day of the works and was equally knowledgeable, helpful and effective. The job was carried out with the minimum of disruption , mess or fuss and seemingly has done exactly what we asked of them - if only all contractors were like them. Thank you.

Brilliant work throughout the whole process - from survey to installing the insulation. Thanks to Dan and Sean from Arrow who were polite, tidy and completed the job very professionally. Extremely pleased with our cavity wall and loft insulation - the house already feels a lot warmer.

Very good service from start to finish. Arrow Insulation were able to come and survey the property quickly, and provide a quotation, which laid out in detail the work involved. We were then able to book in quickly to have the insulation installed. Liam and Graham did a very thorough job on the day to ensure all cavity walls were filled. Overall, very happy!

I had been putting cavity wall insulation off for years because of all the horror stories (damp etc) and various 'scam artist' clowns turning up on my doorstep offering great deals on cavity wall insulation.

Finally went ahead when a) had nose bleed at ever increasing cost of heating house and b) realised insulation technology had advanced and there are proven solutions available e.g. carbon coated EPS bonded beads.

Inquired at Arrow (selected based on reviews, proximity, solutions offered etc).

Survey conducted shortly thereafter. Surveyor explained everything (solution, next steps etc) and answered my numerous questions. Promptly provided quote (reasonable in my opinion) and associated documentation on the likely energy efficiency improvements based on my cavity size etc.

Subsequent install took approx. half a day. The guys where extremely professional, minimised disruption and cleaned up after themselves. Even kindly filled up a few additional holes in my brickwork (courtesy of earlier plumbing changes etc)

House is much better at keeping it's heat as a result and no damp problems to report.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Arrow Insulation, just a shame I did not do this a few years ago.

You can always judge a company's likely service by how quickly they respond to your initial enquiry and Arrow were back to me within a couple of hours. In fact, the whole process from enquiry to installation of the additional loft insulation took less than a month. Compare that to the three months I wasted getting nowhere with another local company before thankfully finding Arrow Insulation. Lovely people to deal with too. Highly recommended.

Every aspect of the service was excellent - from initial contact with a detailed reply to a webmail request, through being able to talk to a real, friendly person immediately (no menu or queuing) and to discussing requirements with a really knowledgeable and experienced individual. The quote was absolutely complete and seemed to be good value for money - and it was educational. Questions re. the quote were quickly and completely answered.
The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with, it seems, the hoped-for results. (Insulation has now been installed for two weeks). Everything was done at the time and date given.

I wanted Thermabead cavity wall insulation installing in our house as ot appears to be a really good quality product and Arrow are one of the few installers in our area. After contacting them I had a visit from Matt who seemed really knowledgeable and clear on the work to be done and I received the quote a day later.

Within a couple of weeks Lee and Shaun came round and had the cavity wall insulation completed within a few hours. We went through the work before they started so we were all clear on what to expect and before they left they cleared any mess that was made. The proof of how much of a difference it made will be seen in a couple of months when the winter sets in. All in all, very pleased with the service.

The insulating of my property was donre speedily and with little disruption. Too early to vouch for the benefits of cavity wall insulation but from experience, the benefits are noticeable when the weather turns cold!

We had Lee and Sean insulate our house today. They arrived on time and soon got to work, I have rarely seen two people work so efficiently together they seemed to know exactly what each was supposed to do. They were very knowledgable and explained all I asked. They were very tidy and I don’t think I could have had a better pair working on the job.

My cavity wall insulation was causing damp problems and CIGA appointed Arrow to extract and refill my walls. Dan and Frank were very friendly and professional and did a great job, also keeping me up to date with each stage of the process. They left the site clean and tidy and I highly recommend this company.

Frank and Sean were very friendly and helpful and made a dusty ( as we had old deteriorated insulation to remove first) job as easy as possible, helping out with the cleaning. We would recommend Arrow to our friends and family. They were professional and competitive.

Highly recommended for anyone needing cavity wall insulation

Needed to get the cavity wall insulation installed in our bungalow and, from the reviews, Arrow seemed a good choice. Very friendly helpful first contact with Carly in the office and we were booked with the surveyor, Jody, a few days later. He discussed the process and showed us photos and views of the cavity and sent us a very detailed quote by the end of the day. The following day I called to accept the quote, and a few minutes later Andy, the manager in the office, called to offer us a free time slot the next day, if convenient. The installation team was Frank and Dan , arrived on time as promised, were very friendly, and gave us a good explanation of the work. They are very experienced technicians and they took the trouble to show me all the stages of the installation as they worked. On completion they cleaned up well and all the drilled holes were filled and colour matched . The whole experience with Arrow from first call to office through to completion of job was easy, well managed, professional and a pleasure. I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

Excellent job on a difficult site. The survey was comprehensive, the quote was competitive, and Dan and Frank completed the installation work and clean-up on a rainy day with no problems.
We've got a second round of insulation to install later and we'll get Arrow Insulation back when we do. Can't give any stronger recommendation than that.
