The art arrived with a ton of PEACH coloration. Online it's described and it looked like "golden hues". They state "Full refunds for any reason, they want happy customers." I've asked for a refund. "They responded with colors look different in different lighting." Duh, I know that. It's PEACH in every lighting. They offered 10% off. I again asked for a refund. Now, I'm not getting responded to.

This is my 4th order from Artexplore. Give ls life to my master bedroom! Love it!

Phenomenal experience!! I’m a designer and super picky when it comes to art, but I was seriously impressed! The communication and service with Mark were spot on. The two pieces I ordered are absolutely gorgeous, and the quality next level. Liked getting a photo to tweak details before the final piece was finished. The painting arrived right on schedule and came securely packed in a sturdy crate - everything looked perfect.

The painting did look similar to what I chose online. But the painting looks like somebody in fourth grade did it. It's sloppy.The paint colors are painted on top of other colors and you can see the bottom color through the top color.

As people have said here, the packaging is very soon reliable.No complaints about that.

As somebody else mentioned, i've gotten get some, texts from some guy named Mark about why it's been taking so long to arrive.

Now I've told them, I want to return the painting which I confirmed you can do and they're pushing back adamantly on that.

Also, they charged my card almost a month ago before I receive the package.

Ordered two pieces of art on 6/15. Stated shipping in 2-3 weeks and have yet to receive the product. A man named “Mark” has texted etc and created a FedEx label which has yet to been picked up by FedEx. It’s been close to 7 days! Now no response to any email. This is not how one should conduct business..

I placed an order in March for a 48”x48” stretched canvas with a frame. I’ve yet to receive my order.
The company took my money and has yet to respond with any updates since April and it’s now May. The tracking information is showing they’ve never received the product from the shipper, Art Explore. I feel duped and questioning the legitimacy of the company.

The piece is perfect! I love it! It arrived timely and is the perfect fit.

I ordered a ski painting from this website- order no. 5532. The painting did not fully reflect the original artist's skill and vision. In particular, the brushstrokes created seem less refined. The original piece featured younger skiers with more graceful, dynamic poses, which added a certain energy to the artwork. Unfortunately, the painting I received did not clearly capture these details and it appeared more like elderly men with walking sticks, rather than the youthful skiers with poles I had envisioned. One of the skiers- the green one- has a curved back (it is supposed to the straight) while the others seem like they are wearing a cap rather than helmet and goggles. I paid significant amount of money for this painting and I am highly disappointed at the final product.

The craftsmanship of this beautiful artwork is outstanding! It looks even more amazing in person. The elegant quality frame adds to its appeal. Shipped with extra care, it arrived undamaged.

Very satisfied with the art we purchased for our living room. We were looking for something colorful, beachy, feminine and impressionistic with textured acrylic. Easy to purchase, many size options and worked with the artist to adjust the final product vs. what was advertised on the site. It was a relatively quick turn-around, shipped solidly without damage and easy to hang. Well done and highly recommend!

These paintings are amazing! The black and white is softer and less intense than it appears in the listing, and the texture is cool - you can't tell from the photos but it adds something special.

Everything was perfect Worth every penny. The delivery was super fast, and it looked exactly as described. I'm thrilled!
