Oh nooo! I'm reading these reviews tóo late 🫩 The things people are complaining about are happening to me from the get go! Problems and heartache! I live on a fixed income and it's looking like poor ol granny here is getting ripped off for $140 bones! This really sucks 😞

I ordered 2 items from this company.i only received 1 of them
My credit card was charged for two.

I doered my wife a gift from artic angel April 25th 2025,under the deal that it would arrive b4 mothers day it's June now and I still haven't received it,and can't get ahold of any customer service reps,it just says order confirmed,no progress

I wish there was the option of rating this site and company with a negative value. I have been trying to get a screwed up order straighten out and while I did get a refund, they did not send the necklace I actually ordered. I did file a Federal Trade Commission Fraud Report on these people yesterday. I would suggest each of you who feel you have been scammed to do the same.

I wish I had read through these reviews before ordering 3 necklaces on 12/16/24. I received all of the necklaces but one of them was the wrong item, not what I ordered. I've been trying to reach them via email and phone since 12/24/24 with no replies. At the very least they don't appear to be reputable, and their legitimacy is questionable. I've sent a dispute to my credit card company to get my money back. Buyers beware!!!

I have called several times and I have sent them several emails. Not one person has bothered to reach out to me . I can’t even send it back because it came with not return information. This company has the worst customer service if they have any at all. They tell the public if they are legit company. But only for their benefit, they don’t care about their customers or repeat business. Buyer beware.

Where to start? Ordered 2 jewelry items for son and daughter. Paid for expedited processing and shipping despite their stated policy of US shipped items within 2-4 days. Its now day 7, neither item has arrived. Tracking info shows the item for my son not even processed until today! So despite ordering and paying for BOTH items together on one order and shipping fees to have both sent, they SEPARATED the orders and the lack of customer service unacceptable. Getting ahold of anyone is a joke. They're number is Minnesota based, it might as well be Outer Mongolia.
The sheer lunacy of separating the orders is absurd. Both items in stock, both items ordered together, both items under one order number. This is the result? So shipping I paid for that at most should of been 4 days . Daughter's item MAY arrive within a day.... son's item that was separated for some absurd reason, is AT LEAST 6 more days away. This company's handling is deplorable.
They do not respond to emails at customer service,but they DAILY send me more emails touting their items and encouraging me to not only buy other items, but to share with family and friends, etc. Yeah right! Like I'm going to expose loved ones to absolutely horrible service! The ONLY reason they have gotten one star is I cannot give zero.

I ordered 3 necklaces for my daughters for Christmas. I ordered in plenty of time in advance. I paid the extra money for the Mahogany Boxes and the necklaces showed up in cardboard boxes. I reached out to Artic Angel and never received the proper order. Terrible company. They should be sued for everything they have.

SCAM BEWARE!!! Customer Service never responds. Their product is worth nothing more than $9.99. Stay far away from this company.

100 % worst customer service that I have ever received anywhere. My order never came after 7 weeks. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Over a dozen emails and 1/2 dozen phone calls with zero service. They ask you to track the order on the SHOP app. It's a total scam, I had to go in and change all of my passwords due to this fugazy app. Don't believe the hype, just run away from this company.

Overpriced ripoff, cheap box and jewelry. should sell for about 29.99 including shipping!

I ordered the necklace for my wife and I assumed the verbage would be in English but instead it was in Spanish! I was very disappointed that my wife could not read the verbage. I saw nowhere on your sight that I could specify English instead of Spanish! Thought I was ordering the English version!

Total SCAM. Do not order with this company!!!!! Never returned calls. Paid for gift wrapping. Didn't happen.

I saw a beautiful saying about granddaughters with a necklace. It was what made me want it. About loving her for the rest of my life.
When it came, it was a plain box -no poem or saying. Just a necklace in a box.
I tried to call 11 times and cannot get anyone to answer. I emailed 6 times. Same thing. Poor poor poor customer service

I ordered a necklace for my 6 weeks ago it's sent through ups by the reason I was told it's not hear is there blaming Canada Post. After I complained they offered me a $20 sent back to my credit card then a few days look later they said they shipped another one through another shipper called DDP. I got notice it was resent and it is still with ups cost me $130 which they game me $20 dollars back. Do not buy from these scammers I already reported them to the RCMP. what's funny found out you can get the exact same necklace from Amazon for half the price.

I ordered a necklace and it never arrived. USPS said they returned to the company. I ordered a new one only for it to break in less than 24 hours. ArticAngle never returned my numerous emails and kept my original $80. Based on their terrible customer service I never pursued getting a refund for the one that was delivered. If you ever want to know why the little girl is crying in the commercials, its because her package never arrived, and or if it did it broke immediately. Scam company.

I ordered one wife gift and two daughter gifts in May, 2023. I was immediatey charged for all 3 gifts, but only received the wife gift (no daughter gifts). I have written an email to support@ articangel.com every month since with no reply. It's been far too long to claim fraud with the credit card company, BUT
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, A SCAM AND A BUNCH OF THIEVING (fill in the blank)!

Took my money....no response to questions....gave them the option of refund or my merchandise....still no response....and I'm not the only customer who has had this experience

I order 2 necklaces on separate orders. I've wrote numerous emails regarding the orders. They claim to have shipped 1 but are ignoring my inquiries about the other. They were quick to charge my credit card. I believe this company is a scam.
