My husband ordered 1 item, we were charged for three and received two. Have tried contacting them to return the item he didn’t order or want, no response. Never even received the third item we were charged for. Terrible company, stay away!

I ordered the wife pendant in the rose colored wooden box with the led light. I received the pendant in a cardboard box! In my opinion this is a scam, my fault I should've read the reviews!

I never received any product from them to give review on. Seems like i am not the only customer who was left without merchandise. Had to go through credit card company to get my refund since I never received a reply from anyone with company. Not even a laughing emoji saying gotcha.

Customer service is does not exist at Artic Angel. I called several times and never received calls back. I wrote several emails without any response and will never do business with this company in the future. Product I ordered was fine but because of their customer service I will never use this company in the future.

As of all others reviews , the company seems to be Scammed. Should be reported to BBB

SCAM ALERT,It is a fraud company, they charged my credit card for daughters necklace 2 months ago but never received it.they keep on making excuses but wont refund the money. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AUDITED BY LEGAL AUTHORITIES. THIS COMPANY IS A THIEF.

This company is awful. They charged me $116 for my order. I order the items on 12/6/23 for Christmas gifts and never received them. They do not have a phone number to call and they ignore the emails. This company is a SCAM!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter.they the daughter necklace and my wife necklace were sent. I did not want the wife necklace. they told me to return it .I sent it they got it Feb 7 and signed for it .I always got a letter from atricangel they received it and going to give a refund, on Feb 27 they charged my credit card again.they are not giving me a refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM
November 16, 2023 I received an updated order status showing the wife and daughter necklace were part of updated Order # AA52423.
I received two separate emails showing the two necklaces as delivered.
When the box was opened it had two boxes enclosed. One box had the wife necklace and one box we assumed had the daughter necklace. I opened the wife necklace box first and it was what I ordered.
I opened the other box to find we received the mahogany box but there was no daughter insert OR necklace.
I sent an email explaining the box was received for the daughter necklace but it was empty and how disappointing this was.
I received and email response from Artic Angel stating they were sorry and they would reship the necklace and for me to confirm the ship to address.

Still have not received necklace as of February 26th.

I ordered a necklace for a family member for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised that it was shipped as fast as it was. However, there is a HUGE problem. The item never arrived even after saying that it was delivered. I reached out three times to the company before receiving a response. I was advised that it was showing as delivered on their end and was told to check with my post office and Arctic Angel will also follow up. I checked with the post office and they do not have my item. I then attempted several times to contact Arctic Angel and have received ZERO replies back. So basically I paid for an item for a birthday gift and never received it. I even paid for the box upgrade with the light. I will never order from them again. Please spread the word as a fellow consumer. Also, the company is not BBB accredited. Red flag! Note: If you read negative amazon reviews, several customers have the same complaint.

The ONLY reason for one star is that is the only way to leave feedback.
Artic Angel is a bunch of scammer THIEVES.
Take your money then start spinning you with shipping promises and tracking numbers that never activate. If I could give negative a hundred stars I would have. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I purchased two Artic Angel necklaces for my wife and daughter for Valentine's Day (2024). I received the packages, opended them and was terribly disappointed. This company advertised the necklace would be in a beautiful wooden box/case and that is the furthest from the truth. It came in a cheap/paper box and some more with an inscription on it. The sad fact it they sold a cheap $7 dollar necklace for 10x the price the necklace is worth. Great scam... save your money and gets something else... you will thank me for it.

I ordered bracelet from Articangel and order another one 2 hours later. I tried getting the 15% off like advertised. It wouldn't let me do on their website. I immediately contacted them on contact me if the refund. they never responded and never got the credit. This is a bad company. Don't buy BEWARE.

I will give them a zero , bad customer service. I paid for 2 necklaces, I only received one and emailed them a few times, no reply. They didn't care. No customer service number to call.
Never again ! Please do yourselves a favor. Don't order from them. The quality is not that good too. Not worth your hard earned money guys.

I ordered four of the gifts for Daughter/Son as sentimental Christmas gifts for my grown children. When they arrived, I was immediately disappointed that the inscription in each box was printed on flimsy card stock. Nowhere on the Artic Angel website was any mention of the material used. Further, the edges of 3 of the 4 mahogany boxes were scraped due to inadequate packaging.
When I tried to get the attention of customer service, all I could find was an e-mail address support at articangel.com that bounced messages back as a non-existent address. I eventually found a different email address by scouring the internet. When I explained my dissatisfaction, ArticAngel offered to reprint the card stock and replace the boxes. I requested a full refund which they at first refused, but after additional emails insisting on full refund, they then indicated they would do so after I shipped the items back at my own expense. This differs from their website's 100% satisfaction guarantee that states they will gladly refund the full price and also cover the shipping.
It was clear to me that getting my money back was likely to be a battle so instead, I took the flimsy cards to a local trophy shop and had them reproduced on aluminum. The trophy shop also touched up the scrapes on the boxes. It cost me an additional $100 but in the end, I was able to get these gifts up to a decent level of quality versus having to fight with Artic Angel for my refund.
For certain, I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

This is an update from my review on 12/29/23. I finally got someone from artic angel to do something by contacting them on facebook messenger. I was given a 15% refund and the gift was finally shipped but still took them a few days to ship it. I ordered the gift on December 14 for my wifes b day on the 28th and it showed up today on Jan. 10. On the bright side my wife loves the necklace and the saying that came with it. I would not have put a bad review if the gift was lost but according to UPS the gift was never sent to them to ship after the company created the shipping label.

Item arrived damaged. Box is very scratched up like it was used and there was no protection just shipped in an envelope. The necklace is very thin and looks like it could break coming out the box. You could get this for a fraction of a price on Amazon.
