Working with Raul Romero was a great experience. He stayed on top of our order making sure we could start our project on time and with all the necessary resources needed to make it professional looking. The samples sent were a great way of us identifying the correct turf for our project. He coordinated everything at the warehouse to insure a smooth delivery in a timely manner. I’ve been very pleased with the results, the turf quality is top notch, and it installed very easily following their online tutorials. I would recommend comparing their product to others on the market.

I PLACE A ORDER ON MARCH 3 AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT ITEM WAS NOT AVAILIBLE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITEM. I CALLED AND CANCELED BUT FELT REALLY ISOLATED ON A VERY UNAPOLOGETIC WHEN WANTED TO KNOW WHEN MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. NOT MY FAULT ITEM WAS NOT AVAILBLE.

Artificial Turf Supply was excellent to deal with. Prices were great and customer service was outstanding. We picked our order up and had a small problem with a portion of the turf. I contacted Kyle Boyd who responded quickly and more than exceeded my expectations on how to correct the issue. Hands down excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Great service

Everything was great except we were short one piece of play pad. I did the math, and I think we should have gotten 52 pieces instead of 51. I think the pieces either shrink or aren't all cut the exact correct dimension, so we had an extra 24 sq. ft. that needed the play pad.
