Mikael and his team went above and beyond to create an INCREDIBLE trip to Italy for us. Every detail was addressed and nothing was missed. They were so easy to work with when trying to stay within our budget. Every hotel was exactly what we wanted and more. The experiences they planned for us based on our interests, blew us away. The personal communication each day with reminders of our itinerary was just what we needed. They handled hiccups with flight delays and missed trains with such ease. We truly were able to relax and enjoy each day knowing that everything was taken care of. We will absolutely be traveling with AIV again in the future.

A truly First Class trip. From the 6 star Villa amidst the Olive trees to the Michelin Starred Restaurants with Four Hour lunches and 13 courses to the Bouillabaisse prepared by a local chef at the villa, it was a fantastic week long event!

Communication and being timely is key when planning a vacation. AIV did both VERY well. During the vacation, their excellence continued with communication, response time, problem solving and just generally having a blessed and happy demeanor in all instances. Mikael has created a successful offering in AIV and has assembled a team of conscientious, efficient, pleasant individuals. Highly recommend using AIV. We will be using them forever!

My wife and I wanted to spend a whole month in France this June, so I contacted Art In Voyage to help us out. We have traveled with them on many occasions in several different countries as part of there curated journeys, and have always had a fantastic time!! So why not let them find the villa, set up activities for us, and be at our disposal for anything that came up all the way down to dinner/lunch reservations and wine tastings. Mikael and the whole team were amazing, very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect. We will definitely be going on more curated trips as well as letting them plan and assist with our other trips on our own.

Just returned from the beautiful Azores..a destination I never dreamt about until seeing the pics from 2023. They know how to do it right-wonderful, attentive hosts, top notch accommodations and food and wine galore! Especially loved our garden/sailing/chef day. And the new friends I met that I hope to see again.

Yet another great trip with AIV! This was our second trip in 2 years with AIV (March '23 to Portugal) and this April '24 to Iceland. Once again, AIV made our vacation a fantastic one with a great list of activities for our family group. My wife and I, along with her parents that are 79 and 82, had an amazing week. We did everything from seeing the humpback whales & Icelandic horses to glacier ice cave exploring & gushing geysers. We even had my in-laws on an ATV excursion, a first for them that they loved! One important thing to highlight was the white-out snow conditions that closed the Iceland circle route the day that we arrived. This was no problem for our fantastic guide as she was able to re-arrange our schedule including excursions, hotels, and food without a second thought or worry on our part. In fact, I think our trip was even better for it as we were able to explore further into the southern coast area and find some unique spots that were not on our original list of to-do's. Thank you to all at AIV again...we're already planning for next year, hopefully a Safari is in our future per my mother-in-law's request to celebrate her 80th birthday!

My wife and I just completed a wonderful trip to Buenos Aires and the Mendoza wine region. Art In Voyage curated a trip specifically for us taking into account all our concerns and desires. They also "accompanied" us throughout the tour via a customized WhatsApp channel just for our trip. This was very comforting. The lodging selected was first-rate and unique. We would never have found these cool spots!!! The tours that were coordinated were wonderful, unique, and customized to what we wanted to see. Our food tour, for example, was very non-touristy and focused on local spots (which was our desire). Our drivers were super professional and always looking out for us. Our wine tours in Mendoza were more than we could have expected. They focused on specialized wineries and tasting experiences we could never have found on our own. Each wine tour concluded with a unique dining experience (you haven't lived until you had a meal and imbibed local wine while overlooking the vineyards and The Andes). We attended a wine tasting in Buenos Aires hosted by the city's top wine expert. When local sommeliers in attendance heard about our lineup of wineries visits, they were very impressed. During our return to the USA, we experienced several delays and flight cancellations which were weather-related, a trying situation at best. Using our personalized WhatsApp channel, we learned of the delays before the airlines let us know and Art in Voyage was already working on alternative arrangements to make certain that all was handled, and we returned with as little delay and hassles as possible.

Taste of South Africa/Feb 2024 was my first trip with Art in Voyage. I'm in the luxury leisure travel business so know a quality product when I experience it and THIS is THAT in spades! The destination speaks for itself, but the secret sauce are the guides that Mikael brings to the experience - Chef Kevin Fonzo & the Wine Fairy Katie Barratt elevate the experience with their engaging personalities and depth of knowledge which they are so passionate about sharing. Our guide at Kruger National Park, Hali, must be a one of South Africa's national treasures. What an amazing 3 days exploring the park and seeing the Big 5 + with his experienced tracking and huge contagious smile. A highlight of this trip was the Ithemba Youth Choir performing for us at our Cape Town seaside villa on our final night there. Such a special experience. Art in Voyage staff are exemplary in their attention to every detail. Highly recommend for a unique small group experience of superb quality.

Traveling with the Art In Voyage team makes everything effortless and amazing. I was a bit concerned about the long flight to S. Africa, but I’m so happy I decided to go. It was awe inspiring and life-changing. It actually felt like we had three mini trips… Cape Town, the winelands, and then a safari.

Also, I ended out shattering my ankle on Safari… Totally my fault. The Art In Voyage team worked endlessly to ensure my flight home was as comfortable and short as possible. I don’t know how it would’ve gotten home without them.

This is my fifth trip with them. As soon as my ankle heals, I will be off on my next adventure Art in Voyage. They are truly unique and special travel company.

If you want to take an effortless 5 star trip at reasonable prices, the Art In Voyage team is the choice. They don’t offer vacations just life changing experiences. Family Trip to Australia & Bali
16 days, 6 people, 5 flights, rental cars, transportation, 5 different hotel/resorts, tour guide, restaurant recommendations, spear fishing, electric bike tours, coffee tasting, island hopping, and everything was PERFECT! I worked with Mikael, Nadine, & Nikole and our entire trip ran so smoothly because of Art In Voyage took the necessary time on the front end to create an experience our entire family could enjoy. Making memories through travel and a big Thank You to AIV and their staff.

We just returned from the most AMAZING four days in Camden Maine with AIV and Kevin! Words will never describe what we experienced from arrival to departure. Everything was so organized and executed flawlessly. From the B&B, to the F&B, we were all blown away. Our Cooking Class with Chef Melissa Kelly was fun and fabulous! If you are every in the area, so not miss dining at PRIMO. She runs one of the most impressive operations, she does Farm to Table like nobody else!
The oyster tasting, cheese tasting and wine tasting were all pure prefection. The highlight was spending four days with Kevin and experiencing Camden with him! He's fun, thoughtful, informative, energetic and resourceful! (and handsome two!) We all loved Nadine and Mikael from afar, they kept us all informed pre and post travel! This will definitely not be our last AIV trip. They certianly do it RIGHT! THANK YOU!

We (my wife, daughter and son-in-law) completed our first AIV experience, Marvels of the Adriatic, two weeks ago. It was most memorable. We have made several family international trips together, and this one ranks among the best. Mikael designed an itinerary along the Adriatic coast (including Albania, Montenegro, and Croatia) that did not disappoint and culminated in an amazing crescendo in Istria - a very special place at the north end of Croatia. The hotel selections were excellent. The local guides were knowledgeable and enhanced our experience exponentially. The local people could not have been more welcoming. The natural beauty of the region was overwhelming. The AIV team (Nadine and Nicole) were always available providing us daily updates and helping us in our times of need. We will contact AIV when we plan our future travel and highly recommend that you do too!

This was our first trip with Art in Voyage, and hopefully it won’t be the last! Our guides, Mikael and Katie, were wonderful. The accommodations, food, wine, and experiences were amazing. And no detail was too small or overlooked. They thought of everything! We had 6 guests and 2 guides, so we were taken care of with exceptional care. And compassion when my husband was under the weather for a few days.
This was a spectacular experience and I only wish we had found Art in Voyage sooner!

My wife and I recently took a wonderful journey through the Burgundy & Beaujolais wine region of France. Mikael and Katie “The Wine Fairy” were our hosts, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Our accommodations were first class, the food was spectacular and, of course, the wine was delicious. We learned so much from Katie about French wine making and she was so knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the journey. The small tour group ( maximum 10 ) made this an intimate experience with many funny moments and lasting memories. Thanks to everyone at Art in Voyage for putting together a fun and informative tour. Highly recommend this tour company for your next adventure.

This is our 5th Art In Voyage journey and we have two more planned in 2024 and 2025. This journey was exquisite as always. Every day was a joy. Mikael and Katie were both accommodating to all our particular needs. Our two accommodations; a 13th century castle and a 12th Century Abbaye were both comfortable and different experiences. Our massage after our arrival was a welcoming extra. Katie Barratt AKA as Katie the Wine Fairy is not only wine knowledgeable but a warm, funny and engaging personality. Mikael is the consummate host on these journeys. He visited many pharmacies to purchase medications for me to address the cold I seemed to have contracted while traveling. I really can't say enough good things about this group.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Cook Nice Tour. From our accommodations, to our cooking classes, to the fabulous restaurants, everything was exceptional. We didn't have to worry about a thing. I was so impressed with each activity and with the knowledge and care that our guide gave us. Thanks so much for a fabulous week!
