DON’T ORDER, SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG GARUNTEED
Ordered 1750$ worth of stuff. 3 chairs and a 2 pack of mats. 2 of my chairs had damage to the paint and base plate cover(rubber circle that goes around the base plate was ripped). For the mats?… (I
only received 1 of them) completely separate without them letting me know or telling me a single thing, and somebody tried to steal my mat off my business’s front porch as I left it unattended. Obviously not knowing when it would show up due to company fault. I had to run around and ask other businesses around and luckily they spotted my package.Do not trust this company, they will use Ai to do all customer service and you will not speak to a real human. As I said before, they had a deal for a 2 pack of Mats(I only received one) which I am very upset about considering the option to order clearly states it’s a 2 pack for 110$. If you’re a business owner looking to start a barber shop or salon, spend the money. It’s not worth it to deal with companies like this, who only want to get over on us. Extremely disappointed. They will plaster their 5 star reviews all over the site when in reality they are a 3 star business for a reason. Be extremely careful and diligent when working with this company if you do decide to do so.

I received the wrong chair, and their ads says that we can try the massage chair for 365 days but now the company doesn't want to change the massage chair even though I explain that what I was expecting was the color that matches my living room furniture. This is unacceptable 😡

My massage chair stopped working after 2 months
My massage chair stopped working after 2 months. A bracket is broke that holds a small circuit board and the plugs come unplugged everytime you use it after a minute. I paid $1800 for the chair... they will not make it right so far. I've been trying since the spring of 2024. I was well within the 1 year warranty....

Don't buy from this company!
Terrible. I ordered a black and pink chair. They sent me a black and copper chair that is painful just to sit in.
They advertise 60 day returns and no hassle. Prepaid labels if they made a mistake or the merchandise is defective. In this case it's both.
They told me twice to send these two boxes back myself and give them the tracking number, they'll refund me after they receive it. 300 lbs in two boxes. On my dime.
Yeah... NO. I already had to pay someone to bring in the second box because Fed Ex dropped it IN THE MIDDLE of my driveway. I'm not paying return shipping when their return policy clearly states they'll give me an RMA# and prepaid labels.

My chair arrived broken, the shipping bracket broke and put deep gouges in the base. A piece that seem cast was completely snapped. Still waiting for a response and replacement for faulty equipment

Dissatisfied Customer
The chair in itself does not have enough padding in the seat and back areas . The various rollers in these areas instead of relieving pain in these areas only add to the discomfort. Delivery was a mess to say the least. After ordering I requested white glove delivery and the delivery service dropped the chair off in front of the garage. I notified them that i had paid for white glove service($284) so they picked up the chair and set the delivery day the following Tuesday. Only one person delivered the chair on Tuesday and it was difficult to communicate with him because he did speak any English. After getting the in my home and he was getting ready to leave I pointed out to him the scratches he created on my hardwood floor but he just shrugged his shoulders and left
