Ordered something from ArtZMiami. After two weeks the site said order was not shipped yet. I contacted them asking if they had an estimate as to when they might ship it and they cancelled the order with a smiley face emoji.

Received item . Not the same as offered on website. Poor quality. Company are giving me the run around with my request of refund address. Not been given even after three weeks and many emails.no address published . No one answers telephone. Communicated this to my bank and told they are well know for not giving back customers money and had a lot of complaints about them…I have evidence of all their communication if trust pilot asks for it . Beware their email disappear after you have read them so photo them.

I ordered what I thought were really cool toilet bowl brushes... one looked like a green apple and one looked like a cherry. So cute, this particular company had great reviews, so I purchased these for $30+ each.

They arrived at a big bag and weighed less than five pounds. I opened the bag only to find each one individually wrapped in a bag from china.

They look great but they are CHEAP. These look super cute , but they are dollar store quality.

Completely disappointed in the quality of the products.

Strange coincidence is that I only received order status the day after my inquiry.
Even though the products were fine I will not be making any additional purchases from them

Bought the graffiti balloon dog for my wife as she loves Jeff Koons and this is as close as I can afford! It came really well packaged, quickly (especially as it was close to Christmas) and is brilliant. It's such good quality and is truly a piece of art. Would buy from these again for sure.

This company is the find of a lifetime, especially for someone who has no idea how to decorate. With them, all I have to do is scroll: I am guaranteed to find something heart-stopping, and the best part is that they have plenty of art in my price range. Not only that, but I found these guys a couple of months before the holidays, which made Christmas shopping a breeze. They literally have art for every taste and personality. And don’t you hate it when you discover a brand you like, but their inventory never changes from year to year? Well, these folks add new art *all the time*. Even just browsing feels like an adventure.

ORDERED PRODUCT For CHRISTMAS Dec 06. Was never delivered by the 25. SpeedX needs to change to their name to Speed slow. Order has been Arlington Heights ILL since 12/18/2025.

Ordered from what I thought was a local gallery. It is not. There is an address and a phone number in Miami so I thought I was ordering from an independently owned place (supporting small business). When my shipped item had not shown up in two weeks, I tracked via the order. I got a China shipping and an Australia shipping. Then I got a weird "cannot deliver" notice. I contacted ArtzMiami and was told I needed to follow up with the shipping company to clear the mishap. I have asked to cancel the order because I never meant to order from China, and I am still waiting. Do NOT buy from here if you think you're buying non-mass-produced items. You are not.

The carrier trashed the item. Nothing shards of glass. Artzmiami replaced the item which arrived in record time. Great to conduct business with!

I have placed several orders with ArtZMiami. Their products are of the highest quality and they add a unique touch to any room. The customer service is second to none. I truly look forward to future purchases from ArtZMiami.

Great art and fabulous customer service

Always first class customer service. Quality products and very. unique. They have something for every home.

After reading several customer reviews, one in particular stood out to me: “This online store gives the impression of being a high-end, curated art boutique, with premium pricing to match. However, the reality is far from it. The products are of shockingly low quality and are shipped directly from China, despite the website’s upscale branding.”

Prompted by this, I did some research of my own. I found the exact same product images on AliExpress, often listed at a fraction of the price — in some cases, up to 85 times cheaper. I also checked Google Maps to see whether ArtZMiami operates any physical showroom, warehouse, or retail location, but no such premises appear to exist.

Concerned about authenticity, I emailed ArtZMiami on 18 September 2025 using the contact address provided on their website, asking whether their products were sourced from AliExpress. Despite clear evidence and a reasonable inquiry, the store never replied.

Based on my findings, other customer experiences, and the lack of transparency in communication, I would caution potential customers to conduct thorough research before purchasing, as you may end up receiving low-quality, mass-produced products shipped directly from China — a stark contrast to the high-end, boutique image that ArtZMiami promotes.

Bought the bathroom rug which was a 68£
Normally in the shop I would pay for that a maximum 5£ 😅.
Will not shopping on this site again.
Avoid it or 90% you will be disappointed.
Waited for parcel 3 weeks.

Ordered a doormat for a friend's birthday. It arrived on time and as described by the seller. I would buy from this shop again.
