I had a great service from my financial advisor who helped me navigate a withdrawal. He provided me with a really good service which was so helpful.

All good so far but I do seem to get rather a lot of emails!

My annual review with Tim Slater was as professional as usual. Agreed that I should increase my monthly withdrawal. Sadly this took longer to be received than I hoped. A consent form wasn’t very forthcoming. I’m extremely pleased with the managing of my fund considering the volatile market.

The Ascot Lloyd associate is attentive to my needs and approach, knowledgeable and very professional.

Always delivers advice in professional manner however makes it understandable to those who have limited knowledge of investments,pensions. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

The review with my financial adviser was very good and my requests for annual withdrawal is implemented, however, this year Aegon first part withdrawal well on time with the balance submitted just in time related to my tax requirements.

The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained well, went through everything with me with patience.
