I recently used Chase de Vere for a remortgage and I cannot speak highly enough of Declan O'Callaghan. From the very first conversation, Declan was professional, efficient and incredibly organised. He took the time to fully understand my circumstances and objectives, and guided me through every step of what could have been a complex and stressful process with complete clarity and confidence.

What really stood out was Declan's communication - he was always prompt, proactive and thorough, keeping me fully informed at every stage. He handled the application with such efficiency that the mortgage was approved in a near-record turnaround, which speaks volumes about the quality of his work.

Declan was methodical in his approach, patient with my questions, and always made time to ensure I understood exactly what was happening and why. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
