Easy to order and good local fitter. Exactly on time for my appointment and very efficient.

Was have a search for replacement tyres online and found Asda tyres to be very competitive with their pricing. The website was easy to negotiate and searching tool was simple to use.
Definitely recommend to others if you are in need for tyre. Will use again for sure.

ASDA Tyres were cheaper than other online tyre retailers but you get what you pay for. The local fitting agent selected had a very cold and dirty reception/waiting room and really unhelpful staff.
After having them fitted I was sent a customer satisfaction survey which asked how I would like to be contacted and when about my complaint, but have never had any contact from ASDA Tyres since then so they obviously do not care.

Protyres in fareham did a really great fast job changing over my new tyre i brought via asda tyre’s online website , great price great garage , happy customer 🙂 will definitely get my tires this way next time .

Good honest prices

Despite ordering the tyres 5 days in advance when I got to the fitting garage at the arranged time they still hadn't been delivered. I therefore cancelled the order.

Easy website to use and you get a choice of fitting companies near you, I used Protyre in Warwick who were great, expecting me and everything ready to get fitted. Drive in and drive out….

Ordered 4 tyres plus 4 wheel alignment on line.
Received an appointment time 8.30am -1.30pm. Dropped off at 8.30am, phone call at 10am collected at 10:30am.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ordered tryes for fitting at a garage, fitting booked for 1pm 19th October. I received a call from garage when I was on the way there to say that the tryes had not arrived with them. Submitted a ticket and entered into online chat with Asda. Over 24 hours after the appointment, I still don't have any update on where my tyres are

Fitted the day it was booked for and managed to do it before I had the school run. Very friendly and patient, especially when I couldn’t initially find my wheel lock. Kept me up to date with phone calls.

Great experience no hassle

After replacing all 4x tyres with new ones from Asda Tyres / Tyre Stop 247, I now have two completely flat tyres and have been told that the warranty process takes 12 weeks.

Full timeline:

July 7 ordered 4x tyres for £1154 for fitting on July 10

July 10 installer (Tyre Stop 247) didn't show up. Rang in the evening and was told it was booked for July 12. Rearranged for July 13, which went ahead and the new tyres were fitted.

It took me until August 14 to realise that I was consistently losing about 0.3 bar of pressure every week. I sent an enquiry to Asda support, and they told me to contact the fitter.

I contacted the fitter, they said "you would need to contact Asda so we can arrange a call out to inspect what the the problem may be, our call out charge is currently higher so would be cheaper for you to contact Asda and arrange."

I contacted Asda again on 18 Aug with this information and Asda said they would arrange the inspection.

We then went back and forth to arrange a time for the fitter to attend to the vehicle. This was eventually booked for Sep 30.

Sep 29 I messaged Asda a day ahead of the scheduled fitting to ensure they knew to contact me ahead of the appointment

Sep 30 the fitter didn't show. I advised Asda. Tyre Stop called and we arranged for Oct 7.

Oct 7 the fitter attended site, "the tyre was resealed with sealant, rebalanced and new valves added, so the tyre should not have went flat"

Oct 18 (after not using the car since Oct 7) I was told by a neighbour that I had a completely flat tyre. I checked and both the front tyres have lost all their air. I passed this on to Asda Tyres

Oct 19 I'm told by Asda Tyres: "The only other option would be to raise this through a warranty process, where the tyres would be inspected by the manufacturer, however this process can take up to 12 weeks.
...
To make a claim under the warranty, the tyre in question will need to be sent to the manufacturer for examination. This process can take up to 12 weeks and I'm sorry that a replacement tyre is not provided during this time. Therefore, please consider what arrangements you can make during the investigation."

Oct 20: I inflate the front tyres and check them with soapy water. Both front tyres have significant leaks where they meet the rim, opposite the valve.

I have Halfords come to replace the front tyres so that I can have the use of my car while we go through the warranty process, and he says that he can't get the tyres off the rims without damaging them, because the valve cores are broken. We check, and three of four valve cores are broken. Note that my original order had TPMS valve servicing included. I have passed this info to Asdatyres.

Tyres were in stock and order process was easy. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently.
