Great price, good choice of quality brands and fitted by trusted local garage

Selected a tire at a great price, chose a local fitter / garage and turned up at the chosen time slot. New tyre fitted in 15 mins by a professional and courteous team. Pro Tyre in Ilkley.

The website was easy to navigate and the price of the tyres was reasonable ( cheaper than the price I was quoted from the company I had them fitted by)

Shocking turned up 15 minutes before my fitting time to be told they can't be done today requested a refund but not holding my breath stay away you've been warned

With ASDA tyres, you can choose from a wide range or products, with and easy user interface and makes payment and appointments on your behalf a pure breeze. Options for tires and fitters close to you all sorted for you! There are even additional services that can be added. However, some added options aren’t always provided by the fitters, which can lead to confusion and miscommunication with fitters. That being said, ASDA tyres are quick to respond to those situations and communication is professional.

I purchased my tyres through ASDA Tyres and selected a garage from their recommended fitting network to have them fitted. Unfortunately, after having my two front tyres replaced, I discovered noticeable scratches and marks on my alloy wheels, with repair costs estimated at over £100.

I chose a garage from the list provided through ASDA Tyres, trusting that the fitting service would be carried out professionally and with reasonable care for my vehicle. Instead, I am now left with damaged rims and the inconvenience and expense of trying to get them repaired.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Customers should not have to worry about their vehicle being damaged when paying for a straightforward tyre replacement.

I would like ASDA Tyres to investigate this matter and explain what support they can offer in resolving the damage caused during the fitting process. Simply providing a list of fitting garages is not enough if customers are left dealing with problems like this.

I will update my review once the matter has been addressed.

I ordered 4x Michelin tyres. The online order stated the time for fitting next day at my chosen fitter. Arrived next day at stated time. Fitter said no tyres delivered. Had to rebook a time. When fitted, three tyres were date stamped 2026, one tyre was date stamped 2023 (check the 4 digit date stamp, first two numbers are the week number, last two numbers are the year). Please be aware that if you are a very low mileage driver like me, the date stamp matters because age from date of manufacture becomes important in replacing tyres, not the tread depth.

From ordering to fitting this was a great experience. I was in and out very quickly and the staff at Red Dragon were professional and friendly.

Used Asda tyres and was directed to tyres 4 U in Dundee. Price for the tyre was reasonable and the service was good.

Asda tyres purports to be a reliable and trustworthy source of tyres with the backing of a big brand supermarket. However, their performance, their customer service in particular, is appalling.
I bought a tyre, ad paid extra for a year's insurance. However, to apply the insurance policy, you have to traverse many hoops, and although I asked for help with this, it was unforthcoming. They then informed me I had missed the boat, and the insurance was null and void. I subsequently bought another tyre, and insurance again, optimistically hoping that in view of my further investment, they would use some emotional intelligence, and reinstate the insurance on the other tyre, for which I had already paid. That was a big fat 'no'.
Since then (August), I have had in irreparable puncture and, of course, it was on the tyre that they claimed was not insured. Did they help me? no, of course not. Their customer services promised to ring me back, but did nothing...

After searching for the best deal I found the Asda link. Was unsure of how things would work but it was very easy and to then find a local fitter made the whole thing so simple.

Bought front tyres for my bmw. Before buying contacted Asda tyres for more info. Quick delivery to fitting centre. Would recommend

It is a good website that allows you to easily choose your tyres based on price, noise levels and wet weather performance.
The 4 tyre discount code was initially problematic, but it eventually worked ok.
ASDA allows you to easily choose a fitting workshop and pre-book.
Importantly, the tyres supplied had been produced in the last 3 months so had not sat around unnecessarily ageing.

I bought a tyre, and three weeks later my car failed its MOT because there was a bulge in the tyre. One of the staff at the garage showed me the inside of the tyre and confirmed that it was defective due to a manufacturing fault. I returned the tyre and am still waiting for my refund.

Buying from Asda was really easy and the tyres were cheaper than direct from the garage. My experience at the garage itself wasn’t so great but that’s no reflection on Asda.
