Great service from Asda Tyres & Setyres
Absolutely great service from both Asda Tyres and Setyres Henfield. I had ordered slightly the wrong tyre, not noticing it wasn't the run flat version. Luckily Setyres did before fitting. A call to Asda Tyres and they changed the order, sending out the new tyre and collecting the wrong one. I just paid the difference. My mistake but easily and quickly sorted, with no fuss. I would definitely recommend both businesses.

Great price fully fitted Pirelli tyres
Great price Pirelli tyres which were fitted locally. I went to UK Tyres & Repairs for tyre fitting and they were great. Took great care not to scratch or mark the alloys when taking tyres off and putting new ones on. Also balanced the wheel to absolute Zero-Zero. Didn't take too long and also didn't rush through the job. Basically just got on with doing a great job! Full marks and recommended!

DO not use asda tyres - BAD EXPERIENCE
BAD EXPERIENCE, they take your money provide a fitting time and date by email then you get a call from the fitter to tell you they have no space as Asda do not have access to their diary and cant book fittings. You then have to contact Asda Customer service who are less than helpful and basically make you feel like its your fault, and then take up to 6days to refund your money Guess what i wont be using them in future and i would advise you not to.

Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Price-Match Experience
In May 2026, I contacted Asda Tyres before placing an order because I had found the same tyres cheaper elsewhere and wanted to use their Price Match Promise. My email was ignored. After three days, I sent a follow-up but still received no reply. I then contacted them via webchat; I was ignored the first time and only received a response on the second attempt — six days after my initial enquiry.
My price-match request was rejected because the other retailer took payment at the garage, whereas Asda required online payment. I could not find any published rule stating that competitors must use the same payment method or timing, so I questioned this decision.
The main issue was the poor customer service. I was actively trying to place an order, yet it took multiple attempts and six days to get a basic response. I lost confidence in Asda Tyres and ordered elsewhere instead, where I had a very positive experience.
If you are thinking of using Asda, read the Price Match Promise carefully and get confirmation in writing first.

Didn’t deliver, don’t reply.
Didn’t deliver tyres when due, didn’t inform the fitter or me of any problem. Asda eventually called with a new date 3 days too late . I cancelled online, but they’re closed all weekend- can you believe that for a tyre fitting business!
They’ve ignored my 2 attempts to contact them and no sign of any refund requested

Allowed a payment method they dont accept!!
Allowed me to pay using Klarna on Google Pay, took my money 3 times but order failed. Customer service then proceeded to tell me they don't accept Klarna. Well how the hell did I select it? What a mess, and not even an apology. Now I have to fight to get my money back!!!
