Asdatyres Reviews

Ordered my tyres made the booking at the fitters had it all confirmed for only the garage to call me the morning of the booking to cancel and then it becomes my issue. If the slot is booked the appointment should be honoured

Cheapest in the market and fitters in in your area with wide range of dates for fitting. High end mid range also budget tyres on offer. High end prices are very reasonable. Fitters very professional and rang me for an earlier slot.

A great service. Professional and friendly. A good waiting area. Time slot adhered too. Would recommend.

Tyres were easy to order at a lower price than other suppliers and arranged fitting to suit me.

Excellent service from purchase to completion.

Asda tyres supplied and arranged fitting 4 All Terrain KO3 BF Goodrich tyres to my Sprinter.
Quick, easy to book and lower price than Blackcircles.

Easy to find the right size and type of tyre, pricing was good.

Competitive pricing great selection and great fitter selection as well as next day fitting

I purchased tyres a couple of years ago, turned up at my appointment to be told they hadn’t arrived. I eventually had to cancel and it took ages to get refunded.
I tried again two days ago. Ordered tyres for fitting today, called tge garage lastbnightbto check they were in and they hadn’t arrived. I canned Asda Thres Customer Service and was told they would look into it and email me. 24hrs later and no email, no apology, no tyres.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice bad review for you. NEVER AGAIN and wouldn’t recommend.

Smooth process, highly recommended.

Wilcos great asda great

I ordered 4 Michelin PS4S fittedtyres from Asda in March for a 911, when checking tyre pressures I noticed that the rears were P4S, but the fronts were the cheaper PS4, reported this to Asda but they werent prepared to offer any solution.
Having used Asda for £3-4k of tyres I won’t be using them again!

Asda were great when I ordered the wrong tyres because the enter your reg system gave the wrong sizes. I cancelled immediately and reordered. Then the chosen fitter couldn’t make the appointment so they located another

Booked easy enough for a great price. F1 auto-centre dunstable was friendly enough and tyres were on quick 40 mins. However they overinflated one of the tyres to 38 psi although it wasnt meant to be 32… and had to blow them up correctly after. But overall all good and id use asda tyres again but perhaps at a different fitter.

Great price on a pair of 18" Kuhmo Ecsta Sport PS72 tyres for our Fiesta. Next day fitting at our trusted local tyre centre. Excellent service all round from Asda Tyres, Blackcircles and Protyre. Also the tyres are really newly manufactured (only 3 months ago) so no worries about degradation during storage.

Took the time off work to have tyres fitted, they simply didn’t arrive at the garage. Standard unhelpful customer services “ we will email our supplier and get back to you” - which of course they didn’t.
Nothing more frustrating trying to solve a problem with a customer services team that just don’t care.

A simple issue which Asda Customer Service showed little interest in resolving.

I purchased from Asda Tyres 2 x premium tyres (Bridgestone) at a cost of £359 last year which were fitted to the rear of my vehicle. Fast forward just under 12 months and I needed to replace my front tyres - ordered 2 x new premium tyres (Bridgestone) and went to my local fitter who had fitted the rear tyres last year.

Imagine my surprise when they came out 5 mins after taking my car in to ask if I wanted to replace my rear tyres as they are now over 5 years old and the tyres are perishing.

It turns out that the tyres ASDA supplied in Sept 2025 were manufactured in May 2021........ so by the time they were fitted to my vehicle they were already 4 years and 4 months old.

Now I have read up that if tyres are stored correctly they can be supplied up to 5 years old - but of course Asda Tyres and clearly their customers service advisor (who was called Emma) doesn't know how the tyres are being stored.

Emma was really unhelpful, and stated that in their FAQs Asda states they can supply tyres up to 5 years old - and I pointed out that as above they don't know how they have been stored for those previous "upto" 5 years - to which I'm told Asda are just an online reseller.....

I was given the option of making a claim under warranty as the tyres were less than 12 months old - but I have to pay myself for new tyres and then they will arrange to get the manufacturer to pick up the old tyres and test them and then they will decide what the outcome might be....

So I've told Emma that given the cost, and the inconvenience - I only drive 10,000 miles a year - that I would post a helpful review of what a shocking service ASDA tyres provides - hiding behind a regulation that they themselves cannot atest to i.e whether the tyres they are arranging to be fitted to my car have been stored correctly - which given the car tyre professional fitter has said are perishing indicates they were not.

My advice - do not buy from ASDA tyres - as you may get tyres that won't even last a year despite the fact you might have done minimal mileage .....

Easy to order, appointment when I wanted. Tyres were fitted shortly after my arrival. Good price.

Ordering simple- good choice of tyres- great prices. Simple to book ahead (for after my holiday).
