Ordered the tyres with Asda who rearranged for them to delivered to my local Mr Tyre the next day, everything went to plan. Fitting was fantastic all done and dusted in 30 minutes Great service very polite guys at Mr Tyre Congleton

Garage location was quite convenient to me and service was quite quick while I waited for 20mins.

Bought the tyre online from ASDA Tyres and it was fitted on the same day. Very pleased with the service provided by Masters Autocare Centre Slough.

Arrived at the appointment as booked via Asda Tyres, but HiQ was locked up, I checked with a neighbouring business to check if HiQ was still operational, they confirmed that it was..
After half an hour of waiting around someone turned up and said that they had no knowledge of the booking and the tyres had not yet arrived. He took my number and said that he'd call when they came in but after 12 noon the next day had passed, I phoned up to check and a nice young lady said that they had been delivered as we arranged that I could have them done at 2pm.
I turned up on time and the same young lady fitted them promptly and very politely.

Have been using ASDATYRES for over 10 years, never had a single issue.
The garages selected by them, all 5 stars and great costumer service.

Booked my tyres online
Garaged I selected had the tyres on arrival.
No time wasting just fitted them quickly.
I will use Victoria Garage Richmond again.

Had to replace a 4 week old tyre due to a large nail going through it. As a run flat not repairable. Ordered night before and fitted locally next day as booked.P

Found them on line , given a local garage to fit them, given a time slot and everything was completed as stated, will use the Asda tyre again as it was so easy to find and get fitted the tyres required

Absolutely appalling service — avoid Asda Tyres

I have never experienced such a ridiculous and misleading booking system.

Asda Tyres allows you to book and pay for a tyre-fitting appointment without apparently checking whether the actual tyre fitter has any availability. What is the point of booking an appointment slot if the fitter then calls you afterwards to tell you they have no appointments available for two days?

By that point, you have already paid Asda, and the whole process has potentially prevented you from going elsewhere. It gives the impression that Asda is more interested in taking your money than making sure the service you have paid for can actually be provided when promised.

And when you try to get the problem resolved, the customer service is just as bad. The staff I dealt with were rude, dismissive and seemed to be doing nothing more than reading from a script. There was absolutely no sense that anyone was genuinely interested in resolving the issue.

A booking system that takes your money before confirming the service is actually available is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase around trying to find out whether the appointment they have already paid for actually exists.

Asda Tyres needs to seriously rethink how it operates. I certainly won't be using them again, and based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking

I honestly cannot believe how badly this has gone. Tyre went bang - not their fault obvs. Asda let me buy tyres, book fitting, and then tell me a day later my tyres arent available... so how was i able to purchase them? They gave me an alternative tyre after me really having to chase it due to the desperation to need to work. im waiting for fitting, missing a day of work, so i call the fitter... the fitter tells me they arent available to do it and Asda are aware of this!! So I call asda, felt sorry for the lady on the phone because she was lovely, but could obviously see how bad this situation was... so now I have had to ask for refund, pay double to have a company do it same day. I was advised before I did it not to use them, i didn't listen! They aren't interest now in talking because my order is cancelled.

So summary - bought tyres that they didnt have, booked a fitter that isnt fitting, and had to copy CEO in to get a response to my urgent emails of the past few days.

I ordered the tyres on Tuesday based on ASDA Tyres’ recommendation and also booked the mobile fitting service.

I waited three days for the agreed fitting appointment. When the time arrived, I had received no contact, so I called the number provided and was put through to the fitting garage. They suggested the fitter would arrive later that afternoon.

About an hour later, ASDA Tyres called to tell me the mobile fitter could not attend because his van was apparently not working.

I was then offered an alternative fitting date — the following Wednesday.

So, having ordered the tyres on Tuesday and waited until Friday for the original appointment, I was effectively being asked to wait another five days because their fitter could not attend.

There seemed to be no attempt to find a sensible same-day or next-day solution. I was simply told there was nothing else they could do.

In the end, I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

A complete waste of my time. I used the online service because it was supposed to be convenient, but it turned out to be anything but.

From now on, I’ll be using my local tyre fitter in town. At least you can speak directly to the person actually doing the job rather than dealing with an online booking system that appears unable to resolve a problem when something goes wrong.

When I used to the ASDA online Tyre Account which I have used in the past, it had the following message ‘ As part of a recent security upgrade, you may need to reset your password to sign in’. When I tried to reset my password as instructed, I now get the following message ‘ Invalid Password Hash Provided’. I reported this to ASDA on 21/08/2026 and received a few responses saying it was a problem with Hotmail addresses only and could I use an alternative email address which I do not hold.
Today 11/09/2026 I have tried to reset my password again and still receive the same message.
I am totally fed up and frustrated by ASDA’s lack of response to this issue which they do no take seriously.
