This is the second time that I have used Asda Tyres. I found them to be good value for money and provide a quick and efficient service.

Easy to order tyres and the option to book a local fitter near you. Amazing

Ordered tyres day one fitted day2.fitting took one hour by very friendly fitter.

Brought tyres online to be fitted 3 days later, arrived for my appointment but no tyres had been sent.
The fitting company said this happens all the time … contacted customer service and was told we need to check the with the supplier - waited 45 minutes for answer never got one! Customer service just ignore you despite many messages. Avoid, use another company if you can.

My usual tyre fitter was struggling to find all terrain tyres for my particular wheel size.
So I found these on Google.
Great price and also great fitting service.
I'll 💯 be having a look next time any need anymore tyres and would 💯 recommend to anyone.

Great service all round...

Easy to book, good local availability, good value service. All four tyres done in under 90 minutes, just time for a coffee and cake at my local cafe.

The overall process of Asda tyres from ordering online to getting the tyres fitted and best price over all form premuim tyres. With Asda also had some discount on there website which made worth while and also fitting dates and times and your able to choose the garage.

Easy to use website, great prices, easy to book fitting locally. Arrived at F1 Autocentre and was seen immediately and new tyre fitted in minutes. Staff very welcoming and helpful so will definitely recommend and use again.

My original appointment was scheduled for Saturday but was cancelled. It was then rebooked for Monday at 1:00 p.m. However, when I arrived at the centre, I was informed that no tyre-fitting appointment had been booked and that this needed to be arranged separately. At no point was I told that a separate booking was required.

I had already taken half a day off work today specifically to attend the rebooked appointment. Because the appointment was not arranged correctly, I will now have to take another half day off simply to get the tyres fitted.

It is extremely frustrating that I am having to bear the financial loss and inconvenience caused by an error in the booking process.

Great choice of tyres easy to order very competitive

Ordering was easy and the prices were a very good price , however i need to highlite a real problem. i ticked the box Runflat as these are the type of tyres required. your first order front tyres and that all worked fine, i then ordered the rear tyres, that also went fine until going to checkout, it pops up a recomendation for upgraded tyres for rear, it was a small cost more, but i excepted, the problem only discovered after fitting is that they replaced them with Not runflat tyres, this is a big problem as now i have to reorder at additional cost, due to ASDA error. very bad if we have a punture whilst driving as the car does not have spare wheel, very poor the system has done this, now i have to pay out another £200 plus, so not as cheap as i first thought, Asda needs to fix this website issue. when i contacted the helpline there was no help at all, they just said as already fitted nothing they can do, then they ignore further dialogue.

Fast service tyres arrived at the installation garage and I had them fitted, I was a little disappointed to find the DOTs on the two tyres I ordered didn't match, they weren't that far apart but it would have been better to have received them from the same batch, this has given me doubts about placing my next order at I will need them all to have the same date but there doesn't seem to be a way to request this

Good price and overall good service. No delays from the appointment time so ordering seamless. Fitting shop didn’t have all the bells and whistles of larger firms however the chap was polite, friendly and did the job.

Great experience with this company offered hubby a cuppa and a chair while he waited Great job and fab price thank you

Absolutely disgraceful — 20 years of loyalty gone

I have used Asda Tyres for around 20 years and recommended them to friends and family. After this experience, I will never use them again.

I booked two front tyres to be fitted on Friday at a local garage and made arrangements around that appointment. Then, at 8am on the morning of the fitting, I was informed that the garage couldn’t fit them because they apparently didn’t have time.

It’s two tyres — yet Asda Tyres couldn’t provide the service I had booked and paid for.

I immediately asked Asda Tyres to arrange an alternative garage. Their solution? Monday. Completely useless to me, as I needed the tyres fitted by Sunday because I’m going away.

What makes this even worse is that Asda Tyres were perfectly happy to take my money instantly, but after cancelling the arrangement and failing to provide the service, they tell me I could have to wait up to six days to get my money back.

So they can take my money immediately, cancel my booking at the last minute, leave me without the tyres I need, offer no suitable alternative, and then expect me to wait nearly a week for my own money back.

Absolutely unacceptable.

After 20 years as a customer, this is how they choose to treat me. I have lost all confidence in Asda Tyres and will not recommend them to anyone ever again.

20 years of loyalty thrown away because they couldn’t fulfil a tyre fitting they had already arranged.
Dont waste your time. Walk into a garage its cheaper anyway.
Disgraceful customer service. Avoid.
