Excellent experience
I have had my ATAG boiler in for several years now and never had any problems with it at all. It has been excellent.
It amazing many people still don't know the name ATAG but these are excellent boilers.
I had a recent simple fault on my boiler, but contacted the company and within hours it was repaired under warranty.
Very satisfied.

Excellent boiler, excellent warrantly
Our ATAG boiler has been going 8 years without issue. The 10 year warranty is excellent. ATAG dealt with a recent fault quickly, I’d be very surprised if the boiler doesn’t do another 8 years without fault.

We have always experienced a very positive and professional outcome from Harvey's Plumbing and Heating. We need to feel we can trust the Engineers coming into our home. Terrible warranty service - DO NOT USE!
I had an ATAG boiler fitted in 2019 and this had been reliable until recently when the boiler was constantly firing up and I couldn’t work out why. A plumber attended who also couldn’t establish the reason for it. But that was fine because I had an extended warranty from ATAG, no problem? WRONG. I called ATAG and they have continuously failed to send any engineer to look at the boiler. This has been going on for over 6 months with no engineer having been sent. Will be logging a formal complaint today and will update on the outcome.
Shocking service - DO NOT go with ATAG if you actually want proper warranty cover!!!

The boiler was installed by a trusted plumber that I have know for may years. The boiler is very quiet compared to the old boiler. The boiler is energy efficient. The long warranty was very important to me. The boiler has been 100% reliable. I have owned the boiler for two years now.

Very satisfactory boiler
Very satisfactory boiler. Now reaches towel racks etc that hadn't been warming for a while. Heating control box not entirely intuitive, but we've found a decent modus vivendi.

My ATAG combi boiler was installed by a local heating engineering company. They had recommended the product to me and explained that it came with an extensive warranty.
I have had the boiler for 2 years and have been pleased with its performance. It is quiet
and very efficient to run. I have my heating on constantly throughout the winter months and my bills have been very reasonable.

I’ve been installing ATAG boiler for about 8 years and my dealings with them have always been excellent.
Tech support do their utmost to resolve any and all issues as best they can, with a 18year warranty on offer, I’d say they got a good thing going on.

Fantastic boilers - long warranty
Fantastic boilers at a reasonable price.
I have had 3 x XL Atag Commercial boilers for coming up to 6 years now ( I do get them serviced annually ), however so far not 1 thing has ever gone wrong on them.
I also has 3 x domestic i40R boilers aswell, they are going 2 years strong now, no issues whatsoever.
They have a great technical support team, who are only a phone call away.
When there was a Nationwide shortage after covid of boilers and I was in the middle of my building project,I turned to these guys who had plenty of availability. Service was fast and quick. I will be using these boilers again in my future projects. I highly recommend them, low maintenance, reasonable prices, extra long warranty , better than any other manufacturer.

New Atag Combi Boiler
Purchased a new Atag Economiser Boiler in 2023 complete with a massive 14 year parts and labour guarantee on provisio the combi boiler is serviced every 12 months to maintain the guarantee. It's been great so far, no problems, its easy to use and is more economical meaning cheaper gas bills along the way. I would say we made the right choice in selecting Atag as the tech support is brill and is there to answer any questions if you're unsure of anything. So well pleased with our new Economiser Combi Boiler.

Solid build, great price and very dependable…
Got ATAG boiler 2 years ago when my old Valiant gave up the ghost. I was thinking of replacing it like for like, but my Boiler engineer recommended ATAG, as it comes with 10 year warranty and is, as per him, "solidly made". Been using it for 2 years, did have an issue with the expansion tank in the first 3 months, but that was very efficiently and effectively dealt with by ATAG and no issues since then. I found it to be really well made and definitely more efficient than my previous boiler. Would happily recommend this to all.

Great quality product with long…
Great quality product with long warranty and excellent customer service.
As an independent gas and heating engineer, I am always on the lookout for good quality and reliable boilers for my customers.
I regularly have reps from all different manufactures contact me to showcase their products and I occasionally install other brands as that's what the client requests.
Since 2014 whin I fitted my first Atag boiler I have found that the reliability is well above the other mainstream manufacturer on sale in the UK, this is backed up by Atag now offering upto 18 years warranty. this is almost double what most other manufacturers offer.
If your thinking Atag wont honor their warranty, well Ive been installing them for over 10 years and have never come across an incident where they have refused to honor the warranty.
As and installer and service agent I find these boiler very easy to install, service and repair. The components are good quality with all brass components and a stainless steel heat exchanger (most manufacturers use aluminium which corrodes much quicker compared to steel).
with regards to pricing I have found Atag to be competative if not cheaper if you take into account the length of warranty, inline filter, chemicals, smart thermostat, scale filter, flue and boiler.
