I had an ATAG boiler installed a couple of years ago on the recommendation of the company I have a boiler servicing contract with. It's the Econ 39 plus and it has just quietly done its job ever since, with barely a second glance from me. It does everything I need it to, which makes me happy!

Sometimes things can go wrong
Sometimes things can go wrong, but it is how this is dealt with that matters. When my boiler started leaking, ATAG arranged for a plumber to call and he visited promptly. But then, he completely disappeared from the radar, so Atag arranged for another plumber to attend.
What a difference. The latest plumber was polite, professional and very knowledgeable -fixing the problem on his first visit ..

Efficient and Quiet boiler.
We are a household of two adults aged 60+. The ATAQ boiler completely suits our needs. We can regulate the hot water on a timer to our needs as we dont require constant hot water. The ATAQ boiler is effeient, quiet and easy to operate. The company customer care is very good and its great to know there are a team of dedicated technicians ready to help and advise when and if theres a problem. We've had the boiler serviced after 12 months, which is essential to do and we've had no problems at all with it. However its good to know that the back up from ATAQ is there if required. All in all very impressed with the company and brand

Perfect
Had this boiler fitted 2 years ago. It’s easy to use and I link it to hive so I can remotely change the temperature. Nice and cosy when I get home from work.
It is so quiet too.
It has a brilliant warranty as I get it serviced yearly.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable, We've had an ATAG 30 k boiler for a little over 5 years and has nothing but problems with it.
Stay away from this company as far as you can.
The reviews that say that ATAG boilers are reliable are just marketing lies.

The new boiler is far more efficient than our old boiler, the house is a lot warmer than it used to be but we use a lot less gas.

We were hearing a rumbling noise from…
We were hearing a rumbling noise from our boiler.
We rang ATAG and they sent an engineer round.
He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, but as is sometimes the case, our boiler did not make any noises!
He made a few adjustments, and stayed for quite a while to see if everything was OK.
We would really recommend him and of course ATAG

Low costs, very easy and rock solid - whats not to like
When my last boiler became unreliable I asked my gas service engineer which brand he recommended. He suggested ATAG and although I had not come across them before I went with his suggestion. Installation seemed straightforward and setting up the heating controls using the tado app was easy. Overall my gas costs have reduced by a third in the last 2 years and the unit is quiet efficient and light years ahead of my previous worcester boiler. Keeps the house at a good temperature, heats fast and always have plenty of hot water available. A great purchase and thoroughly recommended.

We were lucky enough to get Splash…
We were lucky enough to get Splash Plumbing, the whole system needed replacing, I wanted a reliable and efficient boiler, they recommended ATAG and fitted it. We are very happy with its efficiency and quietness. The long warranty as long as it’s serviced is also reassuring.
