Superb visit

Superb visit. The engineer came along, and had the Boiler fixed within 5 mins. Explained everything to me, and because it was a warranty item (boiler is 9 years old), it was free. Really good service and outcome, thank you so much

Great service and great boilers

Great service and great boilers. With Atag only selling to gas safety registered engineers cuts out the cowboys and gives the customers a skilled installer.

Reassuring and supportive

Very friendly people and engineers. We had to have three visits as sadly the second engineer forgot, in his haste, to turn the return valve so we were without heating for 4 days! Apart from that error, everyone
was superb
All the communication was excellent. It was an unfortunate oversight. I rate the service overall very highly.

ATAG saying 'not our problem'

Went through ATAG and they passed my details onto an installer. Installer bodged everything including damaging cupboards and numerous other items. Contacted installer about the horrendous water hammer since installation and they stopped communicating.
Pipework was so bad we had to have it all removed and replaced costing hundreds.
Since then the boiler has failed on two occasions (less than 9 months old) and so have raised the issue with ATAG.
After 7 weeks I finally received a response and they have refused to accept any responsibility. I wasn't even asking for any contribution - just that they would check and resolve the installation.
I'll be recommending friends and family to avoid.

*** UPDATE ***
After 7 weeks of nothing and then a full day of emails back and forth and requesting 3 times for this to be escalated, I posted the above review (a name has since been removed). 9am the following morning the manager (who was cc'd all the previous day) deigns to call me to resolve the issue, asking me to take down the review first and they will sort. I asked them to put it in writing first but unfortunately it fell short of what I had asked for.
So, the review still stands, only now I am even more disappointed.

Boiler mended under warranty

Last December we moved into a new house. We had no experience of gas central heating having lived for many years in flats.we had no information about the system in the house. A local heating engineer serviced the boiler but then said there was a fault and he couldn’t mend an ATAG boiler! We contacted ATAG and were promptly told the boiler was still under warranty. The repair was completed at no charge. The engineer, Steve was really excellent and a total pleasure to deal with. We will be getting him to service the boiler in the next month for this winter.

Boiler has worked well since…

Boiler has worked well since installation in 2021. Fan was replaced because it made a slight whirring noise this year. It was replaced promptly and on time.
I would recommend the boiler as it is economical to run.

boiler repair

we had a boiler problem i contacted ATAG technical department i explained the fault . they passed my fault to one of there approved ATAG boiler engineer company , GO2 GAS solutions who contacted us within the hour to arrange for an engineer to attend our property to rectifier the fault . they had repaired our boiler within 1.5 days , the engineer was very polite and helpful . would defiantly recommend ATAG boilers with lifetime warranty . repair was free of charge . many thanks ATAG
