Molly was very helpful and thank you to Athena for your generosity even though it was my mistake. My only compliant is I wish the razors didn't produce so much slime it sometimes makes the razor too slippery and it's hard to rinse off but I think you have a lovely company. I love everything you stand for and helping the environment while making a product that many people need. Thanks again!

My order never arrived so I sent an email to Athena Club. A customer service rep responded within 24 hours, even on a weekend and offered a quick resolution of getting out a replacement and was even able to change the address to my new apartment that I am moving to next week. As an extra, she offered a gift as an apology for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't Athena Club's fault it wasn't delivered to the right address!). Thank you Athena Club!

Easy format to send message, just email them! Quick response everything I sent an email. They are replacing my razor after it broke. It was a great experience!
