I had my DNA test kit analysed by yourselves in 2019 and had regularly been viewing my results online with no issues. I haven't looked up my information for about 6 months and tried to log into my account today and find that the company does not exist anymore. I also note that there are a number of media articles stating your company has closed. Is this to do with UK/US/EU Government sanctions against Russia and have forced the company to stop trading in the UK?
What has happened to all of our personal details? Will we ever get access to this information ever again? It is very worrying and concerning that your company has not made any contact with their customers to inform them about the situation of the company and where all of our personal data has gone.

Its a Russian scam - do your research before giving your DNA please !

Took our money. But seems to have gone out of business. IOS app no longer available.

It looks like the Company is possibly in liquidation.

Got my results the first time then said I wanted to choose if and when the next test was done. They took the money in September without my consent and now the hello@…. Email is returning to sender. I’ve managed to cancel any further payments ( which they responded to with a formulated reply) but can’t get through to anyone re a refund for the monies taken.
I would avoid avoid avoid.

Do NOT TRUST. They have taken my money and not processed my sample, the company seems to have CLOSED.

AVOID!! Looks like they are no longer in business but they will still take your money, especially if it is set to subscription! I sent a test in July, still haven't received results and they even took my subscription money 2 weeks ago. So, I'm about £220 out of pocket now. Do not risk it.

Owned by Russians, perhaps this is why it's all gone dead. Not taking any more orders, my June sample hasn't been uploaded. I would avoid at all costs atm. Something definitely not right

I also think I may have been scammed - although everything appeared to be in order when I first ordered the kit.
I sent my test over two months ago and yet the dashboard says the sample has still not gone to the lab. The email address sends back any emails you send.
I think this may have been a sophisticated fraud and I feel very upset and frustrated. Caution anyone not to purchase from this company.

Been waiting for months to get my Microbiome results. Email bounces back. Phone doesn't reply. From their social media presence, it seems everything went out of business in June 2023 yet they are still taking money on their website. No refund in sight.

WARNING. Have been waiting for 3 months now. No explanations, no time frame. It this company real or a scam?

been waiting for test results for over 6 weeks now. tried emailing but the email doesn't even go out because THEIR EMAIL DOESN'T EXIST. tried messaging on instagram but no response either. now that I've read many other reviews having the same issue as I am, I now believe this is a total scam as they have taken my money for the microbiome test and on my account says that the test was received but never even made it to the lab and is "being prepared for the shipment to the lab".
extremely disappointed with this whole experience, as I've been saving money so I could buy this bloody test in the first place, I feel robbed. Will not use this company ever again.

Don’t use this company. I sent off a sample at the end of July. They reported receiving it on the 1st August. It was showing as being prepared for shipment to the lab on the app then and still is over 7 weeks later. I have tried several times to contact them with no reply. My final attempt was returned with ‘email address does not exist’. I will be getting in touch with Trading Standards to see if their web site can be taken down as Atlas Biomed still appears to be taking money for test kits.

No results and email address to contact them no longer exists.

Months later I cant reach them for a response. Looking at other recent reviews it seems they are out of business but still accepting peoples money.

My wife sent money to these people which they happily accepted and only a few weeks later we found out that they had gone bust. Any company would know they were going to go bust in a few weeks and would stop receiving money. At the moment we are in Turkey and looking at their Turkish website THEY ARE STILL RECEIVING MONEY AND ACTING AS THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!! WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY ABOUT THEM???

Atlasbiomed is not responding.I sent them my kit mid July. I've sent them various emails.
It looks like my money was wasted. They do not even have the decency to write back. There is no mention of a refund whatsoever!!
Do not used them!!

DO NOT USE - Company gome out of business after taking my money. My son has an autoimmune disease, this cost a fotune theyve not given me any updates you can no longer email them. Im so.down on this as i dont have the money to mess around it was supposed to help me cater his probiotics. You cant even get a refund.
