Thank you to Atlas Biomed for providing such a great service , ordered both kits as I needed a full MOT to see who I was from within .
The process from ordering to sending off the samples was seamless . Getting the results were bit daunting but the results are ME so after a couple of days I analyszed the data and it was so refreshing to know after all these years what really I was made up off - now I am starting to change MY lifestyle for MYSELF in order to better MY BODY .

I had a helpful conversation with a lovely dietician who was knowledgeable and patient with me. She made helpful recommendations which I hope to follow up with my GP now that I have valuable information about an obvious imbalance in my gut bacteria. It's not all in my head!

Lovely nutritionist walked me through test results, very knowledgeable and explained things well. Personalised her feedback based on my report - and my lifestyle. Came away with some great tips and a plan to make good results even better. Very happy

I placed an order for some Microbiome and DNA test kits, which I then emailed to say I didn’t require and to please cancel the order, my mistake, as I did need the order, I emailed them asking to not cancel the order. 5 days later and after sending 5 emails asking if the order was cancelled or if it was still being delivered, I’ve had zero correspondence from them. I also left a voicemail on their phone system and didn’t have a reply. The kits haven’t turned up (2-3 business day delivery) and my no refund in my account.

If they had only emailed me back letting me know what was happening, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Other reviews seem to be good, so I’m unsure what has happened.

Microbiome test was Very thorough scientific report, with a good summary. Some unexpected results and the 30 minute consultation was very informative.

Straightforward test kit, quick turnaround to get results and a professional interpretation of my microbiome’s composition and diversity with nutritional guidance! It was a great experience from the start to finish!

My experience with Atlas Biomed and receiving the results, was exactly as they detail on the website. There was no unexpected outcomes and my overall experience was very good. The free consultation with the nutritionist Katerina was detailed and she was able to answer all my questions in detail.
The accompanying app. displays the test results in a straight forward manner with additional notes to assist interpretation. The only irritation with the app is the presence of connection errors which I guess is due to return data from the servers being slow. This is not an issue of concern but would make the end user experience better if this did not occur. The experience was overall very positive and I look forward to my follow up test in 4 months.

Would I recommend Atlas Biomed to to a friend? Yes I would..

I did my first set of tests a few years ago and I was reasonably happy with all the details coming up. Although some of the details really need to be translated for non-scientists to read too.

Anyway, I changed my diet a lot and wanted check it again. Ordered last year but at the time the Royal Mail was very unreliable in my area and I didn’t want my sample to get lost and thought I’ll do it in a few months time. I then completely forgot about it and finally did the test this summer when I found the box in my cupboard. I checked expiry date and the test was still ok.

I grabbed the pack and was convinced I followed instructions. Apparently I missed some QR code to scan. I’m still sure there was none but hey. There’s enough info in the test lot to actually determine the user. But there you go.

Anyway, I finally emailed customer support but it was clear by the responses that they never even bothered to find my results.

Now I’m out a few £££ and no test results.

Don’t recommend

The service works well with a follow-up meeting with a nutritionist who was able to answer my questions in detail. Feeling motivated to improve my microbiome diversity!

Very impressed with level of detail in the report. The free follow up with a nutritionist is an important and useful component.

Detailed and informative service with useful food recommendations in the app. The follow up consultations are worthwhile too.

Thank you to Atlas Bio Med for an interesting & well organised analysis of gut health. The software is easy to navigate , the results are extensive and you get good support navigating the priorities. What’s better than looking after your own health and aiming to eat / live better? A very bespoke service.

I am so happy with my purchase of LTYG with Atlas Biomed. Before I bought the kit, I wanted answers to some questions. Louise Wayman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so patient and understanding. When I received my test results and report, I was absolutely delighted and astonished with the amount of detailed information given. Mostly, everything was easy to understand and well tabulated. The results regarding the 5 potential diseases was an eye opener.
Katerina Gordanian phoned me to explain the findings in the report. She was very clear in her explanations and didn’t rush me as I know the nutritionists have only a limited time with each client!
She recommended which foods I should be eating to improve my diversity and vitamin B deficiencies.
I was a bit sceptical because I have already been taking some of these foods. However, not enough of a variety of them.
I have been following the recommendations re food for over a week now and I can honestly say that I’m definitely starting to feel better, have much less discomfort and have more energy. Since then, Katerina has emailed me with further information about a query I had which has reassured me tremendously.She also provided me with further advice and explanation re my personal microbiome and a comprehensive food list.
To sum up, the two ladies were a wonderful source of information, advice and support to me when I was feeling a bit out of sorts. I really feel that this company really cares and I felt ‘ taken care of’.
Finally, I feel extremely confident that if I have any future queries, I will receive all the help and support I need. Thank you so much for looking after me.

Had a nutrition consultation with Lizaveta Hilman.
My wife has Parkinsons so we were very interested to know the micriobiome status - as this is thought to have a bearing on the disease.

This is the second microbiome test that I've had via Atlas Biomed. The first was quite a few years ago and I did this one as I'd been on antibiotics for 3 months and wanted to know if my supplement and food regime had restored it sufficiently. The results were very helpful, and I particularly appreciated the 30 minute online meeting with their nutritionist. She looked at my results and was incredibly helpful with her tailored advice. I'm very glad that I had my microbiome tested and heartily recommend Atlas Biomed.

Good informative stool test. It was good to see the breakdown of the test results itself on the online platform. Nutritional consultation was good to have however not long enough to really go into depth and no follow up to see progress. Overall a good experience 👍

Legit service. Comprehensive results through an easy to use interface. The results can be hard to understand but the 30 min consultation was invaluable.
