I first ordered a test on 17th July. After I still hadn't received anything by 25th of July I emailed the company and got a response the next day saying there were delays and they plan to "resume delivery in the next few days".
By 7th of August I have still not received any test, and I receive an email stating that I was being refunded, with zero communication explaining the reason for refund.
It is now 21st August, I have not received a test but have also not received any actual refund. I tried to email them again, but just received an automated response saying the email account does not exist. I can only assume that the company has gone out of business or something, so DO NOT spend any money through their website as you are unlikely to ever receive anything from them.

Edit, 24th August: I seem to have now received the refund, so that's something at least.

Tried to schedule a meeting with a nutritionist twice, and both times noone from the Atlas team turned up. Tried to email them but emails being immediately bounced back. I suspect this company may have folded

non-existent customer services. I emailed countless times, heard nothing back, and now the emails are just bouncing back as 'The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain' but that is the only contact information they give. Like others here, very unhappy with expiry date, not helped by date not being in standard UK form (ie not day–month–year). I was also sent a free consultation with a nutritionist but nobody turned up, so a complete waste of my time. No replies from the email address they sent for that either. Have these guys gone out of business?

I usually use Viome but instead of getting it sent to the US I decided to use one in the UK. I regret using this company and wasting my money. I sent my test and never got any results. Customer service was not good either. If you lose a test you will have to pay another £111? Not good value at all. I did find the test in the end however no results. I had a much better experience with Viome and got my results and highly recommend them. Never will go with this company again. Very unhappy customer

Yodel failed to deliver my order, despite contacting both the company's logistics partner and their two noted email addresses - 8 times in the 3-week period - I have received no response or refund. Absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very helpful staff and good value for money. The meeting with the nutritionist was most informative about the report and in answering my many questions.

My interview to analyse my test results was very informative. My practitioner was punctual, friendly and answered my questions. Sent me details to help me know which foods would be good to eat and how to prepare them.

Great tool and insights, used it for the second time since 2019. I really liked the online meeting with the nutrition specialist. For interpretation of data (I thought I understood re probiotics, microbiome and connect it to my own situation, but i wasnt right at all) and also to give advice on what to do next.

The gut microbiome wasn't even part of the syllabus when I was a medical student in the 80s. Now it's on the tip of the tongue of every nutritionist, and even the NHS is starting to wake up to its relevance. So, for anyone interested in discovering what makes their gut tick at the most primeval level, it's a matter of paying for the microbiome analysis privately. Not surprisingly, this can be a minefield, as just like gut bacteria, there are good guys and bad guys in the business of telling you about your poop. The first time I used Atlas Biomed, in Feb 2023, I put them in the former category, as the result was back just two weeks after sending it off and I had a helpful 30-minute Zoom call with a nutritionist. The second time, their service has gone seriously downhill, as I'm still awaiting the results 8 weeks after returning the sample. I wouldn't use them again.

Great, detailed report which is then augmented by a face-2-face, online consultation, allowing a useful discussion to take place which is then followed up by email that itemises key points. Plus when selecting date for consultation there were slots available both on week days and Saturday and Sunday too.

Liza was one professional n calm I had questions if prepared for to ask n I got the answers I needed reference how to make my life better via my gut mechanism I’m now consuming less red meat n eating at least 5-7 good gut yogurts per week much better than b4 thanks ☀️

Great reliable company, results came quicker than expected and the added consultation with a nutritionist was great. Put my mind at ease in regards to my gut health, would deffo recommend.. also more affordable than most
