Really pleased with the service I received regarding my order for some cushion. A few days after placing my order I received a email saying there was a stock issue due to the manufacture of them.i was offered an alternative or refund and an apology for the inconvenience,as they were a Xmas box I was happy to wait and was told it would two weeks before they would be dispatched,however I received them days earlier than I expected, I was kept in the loop all the way could not fault them so thank you.

They messaged to say availability was delayed and did I want a refund or wait. I waited and it was only a few days later I received my lovely cushion

The quality for this price is perfect. And the customer representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible delivery time

This the best furniture company in London . I have dealt with them in 4 occasions for 4 of our family homes and they have never disappointed us . They are extremely professional with high standard furniture which we are pleased with . They even supported us in making changes to the furniture even when it was delivered . Their customer service is outstanding specially Adil who supported us from the start to finish. Even their manager is super helpful .

I recently bought a sofa from Atmacha Furniture and I’m really impressed. The delivery team were amazing - the sofa didn’t fit through my doors, but they carefully brought it in through the back garden without any issues. The sofa itself is great quality, comfortable and looks amazing in my home. I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

I ordered a sideboard on the 1st July, wrong sideboard delivered and still waiting on my refund 4 months later. Sideboard has not been uplifted sitting in my hall for weeks, they say because they are a company in London they have not been able to get it uplifted and it will be another 11 days, firstly they should not have taken the money when they did not have the sideboard in stock and why deliver north of the border when they can’t arrange transport.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I recently bought their sofas, and I'm absolutely thrilled with both the design and the quality. Their furniture designs are second to none, and their customer service is truly out of this world. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. They don't just sell you furniture; they genuinely care that you're satisfied once it arrives.
When I had a small issue with the measurement, they handled it with incredible professionalism and generosity, fixing it, even going beyond what l expected. I've honestly never come across a company as dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused as they are. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service!

Atmacha is such a wonderful company- I’ve recent bought some absolutely stunning cushions from them. They were originally out of stock but they reassured me they would soon be arriving. They did arrive in stock very soon then they sent them on 48hr delivery. They kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely shop with them in the future.
