First, I've owned 5, this is the first one with a significant problem. It took two trips to the shop, with all that entails with shipping and waiting. I was very displeased as they failed to fix the important problem that was resolution. The third time was the charm, they sent me a new scope, and it works every bit as good as an XD should work. Everyone involved in customer service was there to help, responded quickly, and in the end, got me a scope worth what I paid for. It's nice to never have a problem, but it's nice to know that when you do, ATN will stand behind it's fix it or replace it warranty.

Yea, it was a great experience. I talked with a woman by the name of Kelly Prince a she was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ve always liked ATN but I’ve never had to experience their customer service till today. Needless to say, it went flawlessly and I would highly recommend calling or messaging to get your problems fixed. They sent me the parts I needed an now I’m happy.

I’ve had a great experience with ATN Unlimited. They were very helpful during the set up process. Their customer service has been excellent. If there any issues they respond in a timely matter. They have guided me toward strategies that have work. I’ve been seeing positive results in the FX markets, and I’m happy with the value and support I’ve received. I bought an ATN Day and Night Scope X-Sight 4K PRO 3-14x. It worked fine, but at one point the screen started freezing. I called your office and Miss Kelly Prince listen to my problem and sent me a link to upload on my scope. I did that and for a while the scope worked fine, until started freezing again. I called again Miss Kelly, she listened respectfully and carefully to my problem and promptly issued the RMA, after she received all the information about the scope from me.

If you have to deal with anyone at ATN for general knowledge regarding thermal scopes or about an RMA make sure you ask for Kelly Prince. Kelly is very knowledgeable and gets you what you need.

This is my first Thermal scope and I am very pleased with it. I live on 115 acres and working to keep the hogs and coyotes off of it and this scope will help me accomplish this . I went with the Thor 6 mini and love it , would recommend ATN to anyone.

Kelly prince was very helpful in answering my questions on the use of my Tico 6. If you order one of those make sure you have 1 1/2 inch scope rings atleast.

Kelly Prince asked me questions about my problem. instead of expecting me to know how to get my problem fixed. then immediately sent the information that I needed to send the scope. seems like a nice and smart lady.

I purchased the blaze seeker 210 this week. This is the 4 scope that I have from ATN. I like their products very well. Customer service and support is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I have made more than 10 attempts to send in for repair with no email from support. i called and they said they would email me with details to send in for repair. nothing i tried the website and nothing. scopes work for maybe a year but you have constant firmware updates just to keep it working but when it breaks which they all do good luck getting in touch with customer support $1800 down the drain. never again with ATN JUNK!!

I love atn scopes and so I purchased an atn tico clip on. The scope works great but the so called clip on suck they don't fit any scope i have. They are a nice design but they are too loose both the 44 and 50. So now I have to find something to take up the gap. And my 56 they don't even have anything to fit it.

Kelly Prince made sure to understand my problem, looked at the photo I had sent to Alex of the problem, then she said, we'll take care of this. The replacement item has already shipped and should be hear shortly.

Kelly Prince was very friendly and knowledgeable. She issued me a RMA and explained what I needed to do.
