Customer Service was very helpful. I called looking for a part number for a replacement part and they ended up sending me what I needed free of charge.

She was an expert and very kind; she helped me order a replacement part for the scope that I am expecting to be delivered in the coming days - all gratis. I own three atn thor thermal scopes and been using them for ten years. I owned Pulsar and AGM. The customer service and quality of ATN products out shines any other thermal companies out there. I will forever own ATN scopes. Along with all my friends and family. My last scope was out of warranty and they still went over and beyond to help me. I called with an issue on a product I purchased several years ago not expecting that much could be done about it. I had two early IR850 lights that came with two X-Sight 4K Pro 5x20 scopes that had failed and didn't understand why. Kelly Prince was extremely helpful in reaching a resolution and helping me replace them. I'm impressed with how she assisted me in making sure the issue was resolved without me asking for anything. She is an excellent representative for ATN in making sure the customer doesn't feel like they're out of luck on dealing with something they're unhappy about.

$2100.00 Down the drain. Could not get repairs done while under warranty. When it finally quit working, I got a repair order number from them and I sent it in at my cost. They sent the scope back to me just as broken as when i sent it in. Customer service was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get communication from them and I never got an explanation to why they sent my broken scope back to me with new stickers on it stating they fixed it. Personally know plenty of people that have high end electronics that have never encountered anything like this with other brands in the coyote game.

They failed to send items even after paying for air freight they didn't send it. They offered a refund after it is returned but no one will be here. They screwed it up they said after everything comes back a refund will be issued. We are going hunting. Never again. Absolutely can't count on them

I went to ATN's website to check out the BlazeHunter monocular and found their price to be pretty competitive, even when compared to some of the discount retailers. I was then thrilled when a prompt popped up inviting me to chat with a sales rep to explore special promotions. The sales person I connected with (Alexis S.) was able to make me a screaming deal on a great optic and I was glad to be able to buy it direct; I'm hopeful I will have a much better customer experience as a result of getting it directly from the manufacturer. Thank you ATN and thank you Alexis! To the ATN folks, Alexis is great and deserves kudos!

Kelly Prince helped me identify an older model 850 infrared illuminator which I had received through an auction at a church. I needed mounting ring. She advised it was a model that was no longer produced and they no longer produced the mounting rings. So she gladly shipped me a new IR Eliminator free.
