Fast response and Delivery even though the order was from the USA.
Took a bit to get to me but was worth the wait. Product was exactly what it said and my love love it.
Everything from purchase to delivery was excellent.
The product was good and everything. The only thing I didn't like or I'm not happy about it it's the customer service and on how long it took to actually package and ship the item. Like it took more than a week just to do that, I mean yeah it was over the holiday. But it doesn't take that much of effort to do just a simple packaging and shipping for a pair of sunglasses.

The product aroved swiftly and easy to install
The siren itself sounds a little choked up and crackly.. However it works well.
My order arrived quickly and items were as I expected. I was surprised to learn it came from overseas though. I thought the store was in Australia.
Order some ram for pc. Tried chat to contact them the following Tuesday but had to email only to be told there was no stock and I will be getting a refund. I looked on the website and the product is still there able to be added to cart.
Poorly run site and not worth your time

Delivered what they described and good communications prior to delivery.
DON'T USE THEM!! Order a Kholer Tap, waited 3 weeks for it to arrive, was shipped from USA. Tap was European standard fitting, not compliant nor suitable for Australia Standards. Contacted support, received return instructions, paid to have item delivered and returned. Still no refund after 10 weeks. They have stolen my money. Contacted Kholer Australia in Melbourne, they advised many customers have received the wrong items, lost there money. Order reference Order AU-DN#P847792400.

Easy to order without unnecessary up selling. Quick delivery.
My son meticulously researched which player to buy having endured no success finding an all region one.when it arrived it would not play one of my box sets,contacted,asked for video which I provided and they washed their hands,saying it was outside of the return window. I have poor health and am not online daily,I am bitterly disappointed by this experience and now have to buy yet another device from elsewhere.poor customer service. DVD player it's off half subtitles on some DVDs.
The casing is of good quality and the touch screen works well even though the screen is soft. Adequate number of dampers are provided and good quality too. The only downside to it is that the power cable aperture is at the bottom of the casing which makes it difficult for my cable type to access. As my USB charging cable connects to the back of the Garmin Navigation Device, I'm unable to use the dampers as well without making DIY modifications to the dampers which I don't prefer as it risks damaging the dampers.

I ordered an expensive lightbox needed for business ($1175) it was delivered and I had to keep it in the box for a few of weeks as i didn't have a safe space to set it up. Once I set it up it was faulty. I have been contacting them for 3 weeks trying to get a replacement as its such a high priced item and they only respond that as its outside of their returns policy its my fault.... they delivered a faulty item to me and wont replace it.
This has been really stressful
