Great customer service! We had an problem with our purchase and a replacement was sent out without any hassle or issues.

I want my refund processed ASAP!!!!

Made a purchase of Babynutri - a baby food maker machine - in early September and was told the product was shipped on the 3rd of September. It was not. It was only shipped when I contacted them on the 12th of September asking for the progress and finally delivered on the 19th. Upon opening the package I realised the product was US made and came with a US plug and voltage suitable ONLY for the US market, NOT Australia. At no point during the purchase process was it indicated this was a US product suitable only for the US market (product description does not mention this at all). I subsequently contacted the company asking for a return and refund (within their refund policy). They had the audacity to suggest I go to a local electrician to amend the machine to suit Australian voltage instead and offered only 15% refund! I paid for the item including shipping total of AUD 301.81. I have rejected their suggestion, as it is absurd, and requested a full refund as the product is wrong for the Australian market and had I knows I would have never purchased it. It is dangerous to be using wrong voltage devices like these and even worse to be amending the original product to try to make it work in another voltage system!! They market the product falsely. They also market themselves as an Australian company with Australian address etc but they are not. Now they are not responding to my email and it is impossible to get through on the phone. The price of the product I purchased has also changed on their website to a much higher one. Their conduct, products and questionable repricing behaviour indicate this is not a reliable or trustworthy business . My suggestion is not to avoid them! I wish I read reviews on this website prior to my purchase as this is just infuriating and such a waste of time and money!

ToysCentral AU - respond to my email and process the return and full refund. Otherwise I will report you to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.

For goodness sake, I can’t believe people being scammed on this site failed to see the ludicrous prices - over $1000 for a couple of plastic bangles-wake up & stop handing over money - it’s idiotic

All good got my package it did take longer than I expected but didn’t realise it was coming from the us

All good. Didn't realize the parcel would come from the US(to Australia) though but tracking and merchandise is top notch.

The order was quickly processed and delivery was earlier than quoted.

Company read my review and sent a nice email to me, stating they had read my review and will be monitoring their prices and adjusting where they possible, given market demand.
Company is Australian but items were posted from USA, postage was reasonable and partially tracked. Prices can be expensive compared to other Australian stores as I looked through their catalog. Was not happy that said was Australian based I checked their address online but posted from USA. Almost blocked emails as I thought it a scam, thankfully it was not.
Example Boardgame Oracle Australia found several copies of boardgame Gloomhaven for approximately $200.00 AUD Toyscentral Australia has it listened for $1047.33 AUD.

My item has not been sent. I've enquired and a tracking number was sent almost immediately however, the delivery company have not received the parcel.
Raising a tracking number was to shut me up it appears.
I corresponded again receiving an assurance they would see what was happening. I've corresponded again but this time no answer.
This item will now be too late for a birthday present - if it arrives.

I ordered from this Australian Company - after 2 weeks had to follow them up re my order - next thing I receive tracking for my items from the US. Courier company used supposedly tried delivering to my home at 7am claiming no one was home, spent quite a while getting things sorted to finally have goods delivered only to have different colours to what I ordered. Emailed Toys Central Australia with no response.

Do not order from this site, it is a scam. I ordered a watch for my nephew, they then advised it wasn’t in stock and offered another. I declined and asked for refund which they did everything in their power to not give me. They then said my original watch was in stock, total Scam! They also changed my card 2 times for the same amount and refuse to refund.

Ordered a travel baby monitor. Exactly what I was looking for, couldn’t find anything even similar from any of the baby shops online. Arrived in 2 weeks, was shipped from US. Great website that sources products from overseas! Very happy with the product!

Perfect for my little granddaughter who loves to wear them. The designs are pretty and she struggles to decide which is her most favourite! Easy to clean and very useful in the potty training phase!
