Satisfied Customer
Purchased 12cm cordless Pruning ChainSaw, and I am very pleased to add this to my stable of WORX power tools that use the common 20V battery system.
I have found all the 20V tools purchase to be of good quality, which is supported by excellent customer service.
I can recommend this product and brand.

Jaw Saw
I bought the jaw saw. It is a very good unit. I have a lot of wood to cut up but some pieces are too large for the jaw gap size, so I have decided to get the mini chainsaw too. I first had smaller tree branches in mind, but after seeing how good it was wanted to do more than initially planned. Delivery was fast and no hassle.

Antwoord van WORX Australia
Hi Shane,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're really sorry to hear that your delivery experience didn’t meet expectations. We completely understand how frustrating delays can be.
Unfortunately, delivery timeframes and tracking updates are managed by Australia Post, and once parcels are handed over to them, we have limited control over how quickly they are processed and delivered — especially if tracking updates are not provided in a timely manner. That said, we are actively working with our shipping partners to help improve this experience for our customers.
We appreciate your understanding that shipping delays are not a reflection of the service we aim to provide. If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Kind regards,
The WORX Team
