Great service from Maariyah Nazir I was concerned about my hearing but once tested she said I’m within normal hearing levels for my age and gave me some tips of what to do to help me. My husband went with me and she even shocked inside his ears to see if they were healthy. Great support.

On arrival there may be a gap to allow an earlier client to complete their task. There is no boredom gap on taking a seat after entry. Instead there is a friendly chat with the appointment secretary,until intervention by the assistant with the expertise on expensive products, to step into the main office and be comfortably reseated.
At this stage Hearing tests are completed with friendly efficiency, supported by a clear explanation of the unique benefits of the HH hearing aids. Questions are accepted and clearly answered, which over a short period of time is able to convince a customer that expensive goods constitute a valuable aid to hearing and to a sound investment. The customer needs to study materials to ensure the wearing of the aids continue to be safely and efficiently achieved. At the shop interview the high level of verbal explanation is supplemented by a speedy supply of small booklets which covers a wide range of data, and together with pamphlets on specific targets, such the vital task of cleaning the hearing aids. Reading the materials on this issue confirms the use of extra practical tools for cleansing.
Overall a conclusion that the the assistant with expertise qualifies for a first class award in achieving a sale. Views of a happy client and investor!

5* service by Maariyah, who fitted CROS hearing aids for my single sided deafness. Nothing is too much trouble, no question too daft and with a very thorough, personalised and warm approach to make you feel comfortable. Maariyah and Teresa are a fantastic team and I am so glad I found them to help with my hearing.

Had ears vacuumed out to-day, was a little nervous but Jan at the Derby branch put me at ease.
Lots of wax removed painlessly.
Defo recommend this branch as all the staff are friendly.

Have been going to Hidden Hearing for 4 years. Went last month for some new hearing aids and Maariyah was the audiologist that I saw. She was brilliant. Put me at my ease and explained everything nothing was too much trouble.

Very easy to make an appointment and this was confirmed by a professional telephone call to ascertain my needs and give me all the info I needed. On the day Teresa gave a very warm welcome and put me at ease and Maariyah the audiologist was excellent at explaining the tests she was going to do and what these would mean to me. I was very impressed with the whole process and the care that was given to me, you are both fantastic at what you do. Thank you once again.

Absolute wonderful service after losing a hearing aid whilst visiting hospital which has been replaced through Insurance. Hearing Aid Dispenser Asad has been today excellent service thank you.

Maariyah the audiologist was very patient and explained everything in detail especially considering i find it as an unusual problem. Teresa welcomed me with good coffee. Time was no object !

Just been to Hidden Hearing in Derby for ear was removal and had excellent service from Laura. It was my first visit and in spite of being apprehensive I was put at ease immediately and wouldn’t hesitate in going back. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend.

I had a home visit with Asad Batt who was extremely good, very professional answered all my concerns and was very reassuring.

Went in for a free hearing test with my mum. Audiologist name was Maariyah, really friendly and patient, went through all options and explained everything perfectly. Also made useful recommendations which we defo taken on board.

Having had a hearing test check-up this afternoon, I was very impressed with the Audiologist Maariyah.
She greeted us with a lovely smile and introduced herself, the check up was conducted in a very professional and thorough manor and Maariyah discussed the changes needed to enhance my hearing further. Also went through everything step by step so I understood what was being carried out. I came away full of confidence and pleased with my whole experience today.

I am currently waiting for an appointment with the GP and was very worried about my ears. I spoke to Maariyah over the phone who works at the company and was given great advice about my ear infection. She was a great help and honestly helped with my worries and informed me how I can help myself until I see a doctor.

I was referred to these people by my employer, I was tested thoroughly and they have confirmed exactly what was already suspected
Maariyah, my Audiologist, was very professional and explained every step of the testing process to me.
The NHS Hearing aid I currently have is of poor quality (my opinion) and I can't wait to be fitted with the decent ones now recommended to me.

Jan the Audiologist was friendly and she done a thorough examination on both of my ears informing me that my right ear needed microsuction and she cleared the blockage. I also followed her advice on recommendation to see my doctor which I have done and most pleased with the outcome Jan was most helpful. She explained the procedure very clearly and made me feel I had made the right choice by going to Hidden Hearing in Derby.

All the wax is out, and I can hear again! My GP told me it was all very hard and impacted. The procedure was painless. Thankyou!!
