Made at ease when attending
Made at ease when attending, even though they couldn't carry out the procedure on one ear due to infection, was advised on what to do next and then to come back to finish the procedure off free of charge.

Hello
Thank you for taking the time to leave you're review and we are very grateful for the 3 stars
We’re pleased that you found our Hearing Aid Audiologist personable, however we’re sorry to learn that the surroundings and external noise impacted your experience. We will certainly pass this feedback forward to our Day Centre Co-ordinators to review.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the quotation. Our pricing is all-inclusive, reflecting both the devices and the ongoing care and support we provide.
We pride ourselves on our world class aftercare service and believe that this is reflected in the prices we offer. We do also offer payment plans, if this is something you would like to explore please do contact us on the details provided below and we'd be more than happy to discuss this with you.
Kind regards,

Excellent stuff
Excellent stuff. I went there as a 55yr old who had never had his ears done. I had to go back a second time(still on the £50 quoted), and Tracey managed to get the rest out quickly. Great service, lovely people, what more can you ask for!
