I contacted Hidden Hearing as I wanted an ear wax removal procedure. It was very easy to book online and I received text message reminders. I was warmly greeted and the office/treatment room is very nice. Having not had this procedure before, Tracy put me at ease and explained the procedure and what to expect. She kept me informed throughout the procedure and managed to clear wax from both of my ears easily and quickly.

Well received from the moment you enter. Then directed where to go to get the most up to date investigation of my ears’ current abilities. And further up to date upgrading of my equipment!!!

Staff are lovely and very welcoming! They cover all bases; explain the processes and findings in good detail so it's easy to understand. Not expensive at all considering how much they help you with. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent and thorough service from Tracy

I have visited Hidden Hearing in Inverness twice this week. Once for ear wax removal and again for a free hearing test. I can honestly say the service was second to none. The staff make you feel so comfortable and explain everything so well. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Tracy Stuart was my Ear Care Practicioner. Summary:- if you have any problems, just go and have the appointment. Hidden Hearing Inverness have really helped me and their care is plain to see.

I had been looking forward to having my ears cleared for months, my work away kept me from coming earlier. Originally I wasn't even fully aware of the problem but on coming to a friend's appointment, Agatha, Tracy's colleague kindly offered to photograph my ear canals/drums for free! And in doing so my friend and I realised that my wax build-up was worse than theirs!

Before coming to my appointment a work colleague of mine, by chance, told me that they had had a similar microsuction wax removal procedure, with a different company in the UK. Unfortunately theirs had not gone well to the extent that they were hospitalised. I realised that their case was not normal but was made slightly anxious. It did not put me off, so I phoned Hidden Hearing Inverness ahead of my appointment and explained my anxiety. They were respectful and gave me reassurance and even extended my appointment so that Tracy was able to give me a more in-depth explanation of the procedure.

I am very grateful! The results are already incredible and I am really looking forward to this next week of re-exploring my soundscapes!!

I have used Hidden Hearing for many years now. Wherever I have lived, I have got the same amazing treatment from this company. Currently I am in the north of Scotland and use the Inverness branch. All the staff there are lovely and will do home visits. I feel a fraud having home visits as I’m only 65 but if it helps the audiologist that’s fine by me.
Each appointment, I have a hearing test, and my hearing aids are reprogrammed if necessary.

I saw Agata Drywa for a hearing test. She was brilliant. She was so patient and explained everything so well. I was very happy with the whole experience and I will definitely return. I also had the wax removed from my ears and wish I had had this done years ago. The suction method was so much better than syringing. It was also a great experience.

Making an appointment was easy and I didn’t have to wait long. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I was looked after by a wonderful Practitioner called Tracey. She made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to help. I was her last appointment of the day but she prioritised my needs, which I’m sure made her finish late that day, but at no point did she seem concerned. You can tell she puts her clients needs first.

I required a follow up appointment and although it was just before Christmas they managed to fit me in. Tracey made it her mission that I would have my hearing restored in time for Christmas. She did an excellent job and I did indeed have perfect hearing in time!

It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars because they deserve 500!

Excellent choice of available appointments without having to wait too long.
Tracy was very professional, kind & experienced & took great care to get the best result for me with a free follow up appointment 2 weeks after my initial wax removal. Would highly recommend hidden hearing over other high street services.
