If you have a nervous parent who’s struggling to hear- I can’t recommend hidden hearing enough. They put my Dad at total ease and it was wonderful to see him in the same day of having his hearing aids fitted taking part in family outings, he back calling me regularly on the phone and seeing his confidence back to where it used to be. The girls in the St Albans office were incredible and the audiologist was so knowledgeable. It was the best investment ever……. Thank you so much Olivia for making it happen - it’s wonderful when you meet people who make a difference in your life!

Absolutely amazing service. Free hearing test and advice to go to see an ENT consultant. The most amazing thing, was that I was only there to accompany my wife on her appointment. Wonderfully professional audiologist who took me through the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough

Roopa on my return visit remembered quite a lot about me and took an interest. The process was painless and a real relief to get my hearing back in my left ear due to impacted wax. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

Visited for ear wax removal. Olivia at reception was efficient and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Roopa was reassuring and calming and did a great job, I am returning for a follow up, free of charge, hearing test just to be sure my hearing isn’t any worse. Highly recommended.

Roopa Samani from Hidden Hearing attended my elderly and frail mother in her own home to use the microsuction technique to clear her badly blocked ears. Mum was nervous but Roopa was gentle, patient and super efficient. The improvement has been remarkable and will definitely improve Mum's quality of life. Thank you Roopa and Hidden Hearing!

Anyone making an appointment will have done research and know the approximate cost, so will not be shocked. The audiologist I saw did not try to sell me anything as I had been recommended by a friend who was extremely satisfied.
I, too, was most impressed by the examination and the options available. They seem simply keen to supply what you need and be willing to adjust to suit your experience. But you must be prepared to persevere and they really do settle down. And I have occasionally got to bed with mine in as I became so used to wearing them. I have not reviewed previously as I wanted to have them for 6 months to be able to provide a review with perspective. I have a review appointment at the shop in March and will have a further test to see if any adjustment is necessary.
Clearly I an a satisfied customer and have confidence that this will continue.

I have just had my ears suctioned. The practitioner Roopa was both efficient and friendly. (In case I have her name wrong she wears a very pretty watch!) I recommend Hidden Hearing. Thank you.

Had my ears Microsuctioned today by Roopa . She was totally professional but warm and empathetic. Extremely diligent to ensure that the procedure was a complete success. Thoroughly impressed with the service
