I needed some help with my hearing aid. Despite it being several years since I purchased the aids (from Amplifon) the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and sorted out my problem.

Hidden Hearing St Albans Excellence
Used Hidden Hearing, 10, Market Place, St Albans for ear wax removal by micro suction done Dec 22 by Roopa Samani. Excellent work. I used Spire Harpenden Hospital ENT consultants costing £300 each time. Hidden Hearing charged £70 incl. hearing test and Roopa did an EXCELLENT job with highly automated computer graphic system and removed wax quickly with professional perfection. I have booked their Audiologist service also. Best service all round. Easy booking process . A.Baner

The wax in one ear was very stubborn but she persevered and was successful.

Highly Recommended
I visited the St Albans branch for wax removal with Roopa. The whole process was very good from booking the appointment through to procedure itself. Roopa was very clear and friendly and talked me through what she was doing at every step. Some of the wax was quite stubborn but Roopa persisted and tried various different approaches which prevailed in the end thank goodness! All round I would highly recommend.

Wax removal
See a GP in the morning who recommended I had ear wax removal. I phoned and got a same day appointment! Was seen by a lovely lady named Roopa, she explained the whole procedure to me was kind and caring and made me feel relaxed. I was able to view before and after pictures… amazing difference, and lovely to hear properly again. Also had a hearing test in with the price. Recommend highly. Thank you.

Efficient safe ear-cleaning
Went to this new location in Market Place, St Albans. All very punctual and efficient covering preparation for the appointment. The method of micro-suction carried out by Roopa (compared to syringing) was a very good experience. (Note location has changed from Catherine Street, St Albans)
