A total scam. Don’t be fooled by their Instagram posts to buy and then when your order doesn’t show up, their customer service sugary promises! Will be reporting them.

ANRQUE!!! Le service client ne sert à rien. Commande passée il y a plus de 25 jours , à part répondre qu’ils cherchent à comprendre pourquoi le produit n’a pas été envoyé, aucune action! Vous NE RECEVREZ RIEN ! Leur pratique déloyale est dénoncée à la DGCCRF et ministère de l’économie pour que ce site ne puisse plus arnaquer les consommateurs ! Une honte . J’attends toujours le remboursement de mon article !!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. As a first time customer (and one time customer) as I will never shop here again, I have to say the lack of care of customer service is beyond horrible. I had been out of town when my package was received. I then returned to try on the jumpsuit and found it was too short as I am 5”10 and this is clearly made for shorter women. I reached out to customer care and explained my situation. To which I was met with zero care and a “we are sorry too bad so sad”
Response. I will never shop here again, save your money and go some place else. The fabric used is also lack luster and subpar. I took my money to reformation and was pleasantly happy.

The clothes are beautiful but meant for taller and bigger people. It is extremely difficult to find something for someone who is 5 ‘1” tall and 108 pounds ! If you are tall & thin you’re in luck!

I have purchased 2 dresses from AURA and love them both. They are so comfortable, easy to travel with, and don't wrinkle much. I love the style and fabric design, too. I'd recommend their dresses for any occasion!
