The Quinn pants were very flattering and they were delivered quickly. I would have preferred if they were lined but I really cannot complain but it is very hot where I live. I would gladly order from the company again.

I saw that there were deals on Friday and this is a brand I typically shop at regular price. So that made me excited to buy a dress and necklace

I’m trying to obtain a refund from Aura The Label for 2 dresses that do not suit me. Have since discovered their styles are for taller, bigger people than me. I notified the company on day of receipt & returned them by Next Day Tracked. They were received by sender on 9 July (received by me on 1 July).
They say they only give credit against future purchases but this is against Consumer Contract Law.
Very disappointing costumer service.

Buyer beware, POOR QUALITY!
Very disappointed with my first and last purchase from this brand. I bought a jumpsuit as a gift for my fiancée and the first time she tried it on one of the shoulder straps broke. She put it aside with the intention of sewing the strap. When she fixed the first strap she put on the jumpsuit and a different strap broke. I reached out to the company given she has yet to wear this out to try to exchange this item for a non defective item and was informed they have a 14 day return policy.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I ordered a dress but after 2 weeks and no shipping confirmation, I asked MULTIPLE times for the order to be cancelled, as it would not arrive in time for the event I ordered it for. Despite these requests they sent it anyway and now will only accept the return for store credit. SUCH A SCAM!!

Update: This company continues to demonstrate terrible business practices, as seen by their response to my original review. I made 2 requests to cancel the order, well before the item had shipped. There is no exception to be made here - they just need to follow their own policies. See timeline of events below:

June 11 Still not shipped, first contact with customer service
June 13 Still not shipped, first request to cancel order
June 17 Still not shipped, second request to cancel order
June 19 Shipping confirmation received

Given the track record of this company, I stopped trying to resolve the situation, as I have no faith that I would receive a refund, even if I were to return the item. Again, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very disappointed. I bought the Genevieve dress, overpriced for what it is. The fabric is poor quality and scratchy, and the fit isn't good and not true to the size chart. They don't do full returns, only store credit. There is nothing else I would bother getting from this store. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company falsely advertises easy returns. This company is out of China and only offers 10% of your money back. It took 2 months to get here. I got succored and ordered 2 sizes of one dress and now I am stuck with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got the Marigold maxi dress, and it's perfectttt, super comfy, easy to throw, and the fabric feels great, I love the casual relaxed vibe, and it,s become my go-to for running errands or just lounging around, Totally recommend

the maxi dress i got from this company is everything its my go to for those days i gotta get dressed fast but stll look cute the fabric is flow and breathable plus it has pockets seriously l,ve been telling all my friends about it you need to get one

I recently got the Laia jumpsuit and I'm in love! It's so stylish and comfy, perfect for both casual outings and dressier events. The fabric is soft and and doesn't wrinkle easily, which is great for my travelling. Highly recommend!

I have the etolie dress and its stunning! I wore it to a wedding and got so many compliments. It's comfortable, flows beautifuly, and the design is really elegant.

Quality no where near good enough for price. I ordered a linen blazer for nearly £180 which looks beautiful in the pictures but it was very poor quality on arrival - I wouldn’t have even paid £50 for it in a shop. Tried to return to find I have to pay for returns (ok, sometimes you do) but also that they do not give refunds so now I’m stuck with £180 to spend in store credit with them! This is outrageous. I would not recommend that you take a risk unless you are sure you are going to want to keep the item.

Honestly I love shopping here. The dresses are always high quality and beautiful. They don't come out with new styles all the time which makes them more of a slow fashion brand which for me is 10/10. The pieces tend to be classic so you will never tire of them. They wear well and photograph well.

Red flag 🚩 They will not send your item, they will refuse to refund you and keep asking you to buy another product if they can’t ship the one you ordered. They will take the order and months after they will start making the dress. If you need the dress sooner, big no from this merchant.

Beautiful dresses, I have two now. The fabric has a lovely weight and I love the flattering cuts.
Delivery was fast.
I am now eyeing the Wildflower mini dress - please bring back more sizes!!
