If this is the same company Aura Clothing (Aura Clothing London). I ordered off their website a North Face coat with a picture showing a hood and asked for a size XS. I waited a while to receive it. When it finally arrived, it didnt have a hood and was the wrong size. I sent an email and photographic proof and I received an email back saying they are sorry and will look into it. After several emails of chasing, they finally came back and said we have delivered a coat therefore no exchange is needed.

I explained that they didnt deliver the correct coat or size therefore I am due a refund.

They then came back and said they would offer half a refund and I could keep the coat.

They would not admit liability for the wrong product being delivered and were not willing to pay for delivery fees to have it delivered back.

Absolutely awful. Avoid them like the plague!

Wahrscheinlch gefälschte Ware und die Rückgabe wird mir verweigert trotz meines Rechts auf 14 Tage Rückgaberecht. Ich bin nun dabei rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Lasst euch nicht verarschen, fake aus China!

Lieferzeit angegeben mit 3- 14 Tagen, tatsächlich ~ 3 Wochen. Aufgrund mangelnder Bestandes Lieferung aus Deutschland nicht möglich, darum Lieferung aus Osteuropa. Tatsächlich kam die Lieferung aus China! Die Wahre lasse ich zzt behördlich prüfen .
Der Kundenservice allerdings ist bestimmt und zeitnah im Sinne des Vertriebes engagiert.
Lasst lieber die hände von diesem Händler, ist meine Meinung!

Jacket very low quality and ill fitting. Refused to refund giving various excuses. Website states “easy returns” an” no ask returns”. Beware, this is not the case!They ended up offering 40% discount on any purchase, which we declined.Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Vorsicht! Es wird über YouTube mit original The North Face Jacken zu günstigen Preisen geworben. Die Jacken benötigen ca. 14 Tage Versand und kommen aus China. Total schlechte Fälschungen. Widersprüche werden nicht akzeptiert. Finger weg, totaler Müll. Ich habe die Summe über Paypal zurück ziehen lassen.

This a fraud. They have been into scam. Should take this to Consumer court.

Took the money and never sent the products. No reply on insta or via email. Will be reporting them on every platform! Please do the same if you have been a victim as well!

This is a scam. Haven’t received my products, nor have I received any communication from them. There is no contact number, they have replied to any emails and you can’t track your order. Do not use!!!!

This is the site we ordered from, I knew that what I was buying was going to be fake but it is such a bad fake and is nothing like the picture on the website. Suck poor quality material and the sizing is so bad. Emailed numerous times to do a return but no response!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No stars. I ordered a jacket in my normal size and according to listed measurements. It was cut very small. I returned it according to the directions and have proof of Aura's receipt of the return. This was about a $300.00 item. There was no refund issued and no response to months of emails that I sent including the proof that they got the return. That is fraud. Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company or any clothing company that pretends to be Australian- if they don’t have .com.au they are fake and their clothes may look great but they’re really cheap, nasty and nothing like the attractive photos.

Complete scam. Ordered a dress over $200. Arrived damage. Was told to send back and they would send a replacement. 3 months and 5 emails later, no replacement sent and they will not respond to my emails. In addition, when I purchased, the return policy was 30 day refund. in the midst, they now only offer a credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Noosa Aura is not based in Noosa, Queensland. If you need to return or exchange a garment you have to bare the cost of return shipping to SINGAPORE!

The fabric colour does not reflect their colour chart either.

Delivery timeframe was 4 weeks at least!

When I emailed requesting to return/exchange dress due to sizing … I did not receive a response. Not happy with this FaceBook purchase and I am now weary of any FB advert!

They kept my return for exchange and my money!

I ordered from Aura The Label in October. I sent one item back and asked for a larger size. They responded, writing no problem.They do not provide return shipping in any way, not even the shipping label. I reached out to them a week after the return had been delivered (according to USPS tracking). They responded that I need to wait 5-10 days. At 17 days I emailed again. They apologized and said they'd look into my order immediately. It is now 2 months later and there has been zero communication. They do not sign their emails with a person's name. They do not have a phone number. They are not responding. While their clothing is quality, their business seems very unprofessional and out of date. I am extremely disappointed to not have the clothing I paid for or my money returned.

Since my order, they changed their exchange time from 30 to 14 days.

Do not purchase from Noosa Aura. Despite their sunny, looks like Noosa webpage, they are located in China. Cheap, nasty fabric that bears little resemblance to the style or colouring portrayed on their website. On contacting them for a refund, was offered 20% then 30% to keep their crap garment.
After much consideration and finally finding some reviews, I reluctantly accepted 30% and cut my losses. I had no faith, that after paying to return the garment I would actually receive any refund.
Be warned, do not purchase from Noosa Aura

The clothing is cheap nasty rubbish made in Asia. Nothing like what they display in their ads, took ages to come and then complete disappointment! Upon reading return policy I find it costs $25-$50 to pay the postage to return. Do not buy…you will regret it.
