Dispatch time is soooooo slow. Order from another company if you require reasonably quick delivery.😞

So I urgently needed a natural crystal pendulum to help with healing and, having read the reviews, decided to email them. It was early morning and I got an immediate response. They were extremely helpful and understanding and posted me the pendulum same day, first class post. It arrived well packaged and quickly. I have to say they showed excellent customer service and were a delight to experience. I would definitely recommend them and their products.

I wish I read the reviews before buying from this company.... unfortunately i am expecting the same as many here. Placed an order for nearly £100, 3 weeks ago. No goods, they communicated with me saying it was sent but it wasn't. Not sure what to do. There was no paypal option so i psid with my debit card, will try to report it with my bank.

I eventually got my lapis lazuli and it was nice. Pity it took so long.

I came on here to find out if I’d been scammed, placed an order 05/05 and it’s now 2 weeks later still nothing received, emailed a couple of times keep being told 2-4 days. Genuinely disappointed. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Goods took a long time to arrive approx 2 weeks, they need to improve on that to make sure orders are shipped out within 24hrs of being placed.

Prices are reasonable but some of the images are misleading.

I ordered the garnet bracelet which shows an image of a much bigger bead than the one that I received

I also ordered the natural garnet Dodecahedron which Im happy with as is a good size for the price.

Communication was ok as they did respond to my queries via the contact form on their website but when confirming the shipment they sent me a label that had another customers details

Was getting a little concerned about the delivery of my items so contacted the company by email and they were very helpful. Received all but one item which was out of stock. Good communication and quick response to queries via email. Will happily shop here again

The item was delayed and I was a little concerned after seeing all the bad reviews.However I emailed and received a response quickly to let me know it would be delivered shortly. Which it was, my amethyst tree arrived just a few days after my email and it’s beautiful. Absolutely love it, thank you Auravibes

Took longer than expected, even taking the strikes into account. Chased up the order twice, was given a scan of the shipping label (on request) with the second message. I believe it was only shipped then, even though the first response was that it should have been with me within 3-4 working days.
Product itself is exactly as described, really quite lovely.

Took a while to deliver but they communicated throughout and the crystals are beautiful and genuine.

My partner placed an order for £50 of crystals, they never arrived. The company has not responded to emails. Upon investigating them we found they are registered to a waste disposal site and their returns address is a take away in London. We have reported them to Companies House, Google and the National cyber crimes unit.DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY

What they send isn’t what’s advertised and I’m pretty sure they’re not real stones then no one responds to emails so it’s impossible to return

Please read the other reviews - they don’t send your order and they don’t respond to emails - this is a scam site! I had to get a refund through PayPal

I ordered a necklace pendent and they did not respond to any of my emails asking if the item has been dispatched. Never received my item or any dispatch information and never heard back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 0 STARS! Waste of money which was never refunded.

Well looking at these reviews I was hesitant in dealing with this company but after messaging them I decided to go ahead. I was not disappointed!! They came back with answers to all my questions and I placed an order. Order was delivered on time and the tumble stones were beautiful, excellent quality. I will be a repeat customer. They may have had a few glitched in the past but my experience was very good. Thank you aura vibes x

I've had a really positive experience with this company so far. The stones are genuine and a really nice quality, very good value. The shipping does require a little bit of patience but it's definitely worth it, I have found their customer service to be brilliant, they replied to my questions quickly and politely.

3 weeks ago I purchased some items from this shop, and I'm still haven't received my items, they not responding to my emails.

Absolutely beautiful tumble stones, Delivery was quick, Will definitely be buying again.

I ordered from here well before Christmas, heard nothing from them about dispatch. I looked up reviews and all of them bar one were saying, they don’t send the item and don’t reply to messages.
Well that’s definitely true as the same thing has happened to me.
Avoid at all costs.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal so will claim my money back through them.
