My orders have always arrived.

SCAM!! Wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered! Been almost 3 weeks and still haven’t received my item, was supposed to be a Christmas gift! No replies to emails. I’ve reported this as a scam to the bank, so hopefully I will get my money back. Do Not buy from this company place!

Ordered three 3 inch rose quartz angels at £12 each only 2 sent, totally ignored my email. No communication whatsoever. I will obviously never deal with them again, but I have come on here purposely to warn others to leave this company well alone.

I have read a lot of bad reviews about this comany ?
Here is my experience I’ve had with auravibes.
I ordered my stones. Advertised as natural emeralds 10 of, ranging from 4mm to 10mm. On the 11/11/24.
I sent them an email as I didn’t get an estimate delivery date at checkout or I just missed it? They replied saying 7-10 days.
Today they arrived 21/11/24
Received One stone 10mm,
Rest just tiny chips of stone but on inspection they are roughly 4mm at the largest point. So exactly as advertised,
Are the stones real ? I don’t know, I don’t really know enough about it to make that decision. “Hope they are 🙂”

Order not received (been 3 weeks now) and not replying to any emails sent. Please do not order from this company.

Waited several weeks before receiving goods that were ordered, tried contacting them very little communication from them. Eventually goods arrived one item broken in half, said they would send a replacement, no replacement and have asked for refund, don't hold out much hope of getting that either as no reply to any of my emails .

Place an order 3 weeks ago. Been following up vie email to enquire where my order is.
No responses. No order received. No refund. In fact never even received a confirmation of postage.
This company is a scam.

I finally had a response from them. And my parcel just got delivered. It also looks like they did post it soon after the order was received, but the postal service or type of service/postage used was not reliable or appropriate. It would made all the difference to receive communication from seller I.e. proof of postage, and responses to 2 emails sent over the last few weeks.

I was waiting for my moss agate sophere. I waited 27 days since I placed the order.
When arrived it didn't look like Moss Agate to me. Is all green nothing like an Agate. Is more like green blood stone or jasper. Well. I like green minerals so I will keep it. Don't want to bother with complain . But overall not very happy.

3 weeks since I placed my order and item still hasn't arrived. Sent emails twice and no reply, can't find a number to ring them. I wish I checked reviews before I made my order. AVOID!!

I placed my order before reading any reviews so when I did read them I was concerned that I would never see the crystal I had ordered. I did receive a confirmation email as soon as I had placed my order. After a week when I had heard nothing regarding when my order would be dispatched I emailed them but received no reply. I was resigned to the fact that I would not see my crystal or my money again. I was pleasantly surprised therefore when I did receive my order two weeks after I had placed it. The crystal is absolutely beautiful and of very high quality. It was also reasonably priced. I am absolutely delighted with it. Obviously I can only go on my own experience with this company but I felt I had to write this review to let people know that it is not always a negative experience when dealing with them.

I think this is a scam as well. Promised a full refund over a week ago and still not received anything. Will have to contact my bank now to try and get the funds back :(

Absolute terrible customer service. I made an order 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing yet! Plus they don't reply to any emails and they can't be bothered to have the decency to do so. AVOID!

Lovely gift, great communication.

I was originally worried about my order as I hadn't received an order confirmation (turns out that was my fault for not entering my email address at checkout). When I emailed them regarding this, they came back very quickly to put my mind at rest and let me know my order had been shipped. Received my order 6 days later, and I'm really happy with my new Opalite stones!

I ordered a piece of garnet from AuraVibes! It has arrived and it’s exactly as described, beautiful piece! It took longer than expected so I emailed to check the status and got a reply within 12 hours and answered all my dispatch questions! Very happy with my purchase!

My order (on November 27) for some crystals as a Christmas present to my granddaughter was delayed and delayed, posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Aura Vibes checked the post several times (December 5 & 16), and in the end re-sent the order by Royal Mail 1st Class. The crystals arrived on December 23, just in time for Christmas, and were given to one happy little girl on Christmas Day. I am grateful to Aura Vibes for going the extra mile. Thank you!

Writing another review to update on my order. OK, the delivery was very slow and this does need to improve, so the customer doesn't worry. But the seller communicates and I eventually received my goods. The quality of the stones is lovely, they are just as described on their website and according to their photos. Actually very beautiful crystals, good size so a great value for money if you order in bulk. The company did send me an apology for the slow delivery and offered a discount code for a next purchase which I may consider as long as the delivery times and the communication improves.
