Purchased Office 2024 H & B and had installation issues. Contacted Lachlan via chat and then by phone. He was very patient & knowledgeable and quickly had my issues sorted out. If only all providers had staff like him we would all be better off.

I had an issue with my old laptop, they guided me through with patience. Brilliant support.

Perfect , software came in no trouble at all , activated with Microsoft and no more paying bullshit subscription costs to Microsoft the thieves

I paid for a software product and never received it. I contacted the email address on numerous occasions but I was never sent the product.

The vendor stated that their email may have ended up in my junk folder. I don't think so, I did check my junk/spam folder in case they sent something to me.

I eventually received the license key on 19th August.

this is the second MS office i have purchased over 2 years and wonderful support from Lachlan - I am 77 years old and if he could get the download working so easily - great job, cheers helen ryan

I'm not a very computer savvy person. Lauchlan, was so patient and carefully guided me through the install. He spent so much of his time helping me. I can't thank him enough.

Awesome service and happy to help when i had an issues after hours.. 100% recomended

Purchased product got to activation stage did not proceed to next step. Contacted support could not have been more helpful found customer service second to none. Big thanks to Lachlan who walked me through process to correct problem. Easy and fast fix product (Microsoft Office Pro) works perfectly. Highly recommend.

I was searching for a cheaper alternative for Microsoft Office as I do not use this product often enough
I am very pleased with the price, service and product. I fully recommend Aussie Software Outlet

Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful service!
I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 through Aussie Software Outlet and couldn’t be happier. One of the team members, Lachlan, went above and beyond to help me uninstall the old system and get everything set up smoothly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Aussie Software Outlet – great products and even better support!

Just purchased a Windows 10 Pro key off Aussie Software Outlet. The order wasn't processed in 30 minutes so I sent a message through the chat and Lachlan replied promptly and gave me the key that worked perfectly! Activated and no problems at all. Highly recommend.

I just dealt with Lachlan and he was absolutely amazing, so very helpful and went above and beyond. Saved me a heap of $$$ and just seems like a real genuine person. Thank you so much Aussiesoftwareoutlet. Highly Recommend.

I had ordered a Win 11 Pro licence for my VMWare Win 11 Pro, which upgraded to 24H2, and the new version refused to recognise the previous licence number, perhaps because it was part of a Volume licence. Anyhow, purchased a new licence through Aussie, but it didn't work either. Sent an email to Aussie, and Lachlan responded within a few hours with a new licence number, which worked. That is the fastest online customer service I've had. Cheers.

I never ever write review for any business but this business deserves my praise . I hated my office 365 and paying BS annual fees to Microsoft . Purchased an office 2024 professional and I finally have a lifetime product on my pc . Would def recommend

Lachlan was extremely helpful and immediately resolved my minor issue. The software works well and is the real deal.

I updated two laptops one from Office 2013 and one from Office 2019 to Office 2021. Lachlan was extremely helpful and patient. I have only got praise for this service. You know are being helped by an Australian company.
Thank you Lachlan

Updated my Microsoft Office Professional 2013 to 2021. Fast and seamless process with online support and at a good price. I recommend this software outlet

Excellent service after initial query product was delivered and installed without any drama inside 1 hour as advertised

I highly recommend Aussie software outlet, genuine products, Lauchlan is super helpful, he answers your messages straight away even at 10.30pm, 20mins download and set, super easy.

After a shocking experience with a VERY cheap overseas Office 2021 deal (basically a scam) I came here with some trepidation. I need not have worried. While they are perhaps not quite the cheapest, the installation worked like a dream, I was able to immediately activate using the provided key, AND the famous "Lachlan" mentioned in so many other reviews responded to my one or two questions immediately and clearly. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Keep up the great work!
