I found it a very affordable way to install Microsoft Office on my pc.
I did have some difficulty installing it but with the help of Lachlan on the chat, it is now up and running.
More operator error than the product.

Bought Office Professional 2024. The whole process was super smooth and online help was amazing. Every question i asked during the process they answered. Very trustworthy and great to deal with.

Purchased 3 x Windows 11 Pro from here all came thru to my email and activated thru Microsoft

they were quick to respond when i had difficulty installing Microsoft Office. All fixed up in a jiffy, thoroughly recommend these guys

Went the extra mile to help set up computer to accept office download

I purchased a copy of office 2024 from EBay and it didn’t work , these guys are legit and are official resellers for Microsoft . Best in Australia by a country mile

I would strongly recommend this company and excellent service which Lachlan provided to sort out the problem. Thank you

I would definitely recommend this company for any pc/Mac products, I had trouble with downloading my purchase due to my own fault and Lachlan went above and beyond to help me, took time and provided me with professional service. His help was definitely much appreciated.

Retired teacher here , my office 365 sub has expired so purchased an office 2024 permenant license , worked and installed without any fuss

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 for my personal laptop and it was all set up within a few minutes - no hiccups. My Office 365 trial ended so I needed a permanent license. Very happy with their services!

Great company. Have bought a number of Microsoft products from them. Any issues have been quickly resolved. The 24/7 help line is very effective in resolving issues. Will buy from them again

Purchased Microsoft 2024 Home & Business. The technical support I received from Lachlan was excellent and I was able to navigate my way through the instructions and successfully install the product.

Purchased office 2024 on this website , worked perfectly no issues what so ever
Activated and downloaded all thru Microsoft

I purchased a Windows 11 home key. The key didnt work, it had been used on another device.

I contacted Aussie software outlet, after two days, I received an email asking what key I was sent, so I replied within seconds, there was no reply. I waited 12hrs and sent another email, asking if there was any more info I could provide and still haven't got a response.

Update, I did eventually receive a key that worked. It just took a few emails on my behalf, before they replied.

My software was available pretty quickly asnd worked like a charm. Thanks for the savings

I purchased a new desktop 01/08/25 to replace an aged laptop and after a prolonged bad experience with another online company, I was ever so grateful to stumble on to Aussie Software Outlet (ASO). The 'bad experience' caused no end of problems impeding installation of ASO's product. Although it was getting late in the evening and hours had past (quite literally), Lachlan remained committed and patient with this 60-year-old, incompetent. Fortunately, I have a family member with ++degrees in IT, who remotely got into my brand new computer, fixing the result of my 'bad experience' and ASO's product was installed without issue 01/09/25. I work from home and being without a computer for a month took a big toll on my business. If it hadn't been for Lachlan at ASO I would still be struggling. Don't go anywhere else for software products. There are some real sharks out there, but Aussie Software Outlet is reputable and reliable, providing service over and above anything I have ever experienced, I cannot shout their praise loud enough. I have my new computer working and wish I had discovered Aussie Software Outlet earlier!!! Thank you, Lachlan. Ever grateful.

Lachlan was so helpful from the very first phone call to ask questions to ensure I was purchasing the correct package for my needs, to assisting with the minor glitches I had at download. It was simple ! Great service, highly recommend Aussie Software Outlet. Thank you Lachlan.

Top quality support. They even followed up to make sure everything worked.

Purchased Office 2024 Home & Business, started off by downloading the wrong file, got on chat to check, and got back on track very quickly. Lachlan was super helpful, then key activation via Microsoft worked like a charm, and so far so good. Helpful company selling products that work, unlike some out there.

I run a small business and needed genuine software without the crazy costs. These guys delivered.
