Absolutely brilliant service from Austin’s! The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. Communication was spot‑on, it was timely, clear, and always helpful. Sean and his team were incredibly polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They made everything feel effortless, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

I've been trying to sell my house for a year (was with a different estate agent to start with) I decided to go with Austins as they are a family run business and I thought I'd get a more personal approach, which I feel I wasn't getting with the first estate agent. I was not disappointed. Sean & his wife Penny and all the staff in the office have been brilliant with me. I have found selling & buying extremely stressful, but Sean and everyone have all been there for me to give me the support & advice I've needed in this journey of selling my home and getting the best price for my home. I would highly recommend Austins Estate Agent if you are after a personal approach.

They are not doing a good job. They’re completely letting the homeowner down. In three months, there were eight people interested — five actually viewed the house, and three cancelled. When we finally had a family who wanted to make an offer, the agent literally handed them a brochure for another property right in front of me — and of course, they ended up buying that one. That was absolutely disgusting.

Not to mention, the photos they took of our house don’t reflect what it actually looks like at all. It’s a joke.

They’re doing nothing to actually try and sell our house — all they’ve done is pressure us to lower the price, even though every other house around us is more expensive and still manages to sell.

So pleased with the communication with Austin Estate Agents when buying our house. They were so helpful in the early stages and very proactive as the process stalled a few times. We learned more from Austin than our solicitor. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff.

We have used Austins for buying and selling since 2014, Sean has always given good advice and knows the local market, hence price advice has always been realistic.
Throughout our latest sale, his team have been proactive and given us excellent comunication on all matters, liasing with the purchasers and legal teams
I have no hesitation in recommending Austins for your property requirements.

Used a comparison site to select a Weymouth based estate agent to sell our late mother’s property, based on fees, response rate, best reviewed, sale time, properties listed and asking price.
Met with a representative of each of the top 3, to determine their levels of integrity and Austin Property Services (comparison site best) came out on top in our subjective rating too.
Very happy with their professional service throughout the process.

Although selling our house took longer than expected Austin’s have been very supportive throughout. We have now completed. Thank you all for coming on this journey with us!

Very helpful--kept in touch all the way through the purchase---were very good to deal with--would recommend to any would be purchaser looking for property in Weymouth.

From our first evaluation visit when Mike ran through the process of getting our house on the market to completion on 1st March, Austin has provided a comprehensive, informative service throughout. All of the team kept us regularly posted on events and gave useful and honest advice when key decisions needed to be made. We achieved a good price on our property and the fees were very reasonable, providing good value. An excellent locally based firm, we highly recommend them.

My partner and I brought our first home with Austin’s. They were amazing throughout the whole process. Very knowledgable agents (Shaun and Mike- I hope that’s correct!) we’re able to answer our questions when viewing the property with confidence! Simon, the branch manager was amazing at getting back to us. Whenever we sent a query, we would get a reply within the hour.

I would definitely recommend them for their knowledge and customer service. Thank you so much again!

Very professional service . Always kept us up to date with the sale progression . Polite and professional the whole way through . Would highly recomend.

Thankyou to Sean, Simon, Penny & Lisa for helping us sell our current home & find and purchase our new home all through Austin’s. We were regularly kept up to date with Simon’s emails as to how the sale & purchase were progressing through to exchange & completion.

Very obliging, nothing to much trouble and professional.

We have just exchanged on our 3rd investment property with Austins. They are a class apart and will stay with the buyer and seller through the whole process through to completion. Sean, Simon and Team respond almost immediately to issues that may arise and having bought and sold many property’s over the years with many agents I can really stress that these guys are leagues ahead of the completion for thier service. Would give 6 stars if I could.
