A fairly stressless no pressure sale and onwards move. Lightening quick sale.

Fantastic experience ( again ) - I never had to chase for updates. They always contacted me first and when things were looking uncertain towards the end of the process ( completely solicitor related) Austin Estate Agents stepped in with their vast industry knowledge and experience and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. Thank you so much for help and assisstance and for being such a lovely team :)

We were very pleased with the service we received from
all the team at Austin's. From the initial enquiry to handing over the keys we were kept informed and advised at every stage.

Excellent service, did everything possible to ease the process.I took advantage of their help. As intermediaters, with solicitors and was never left wanting..

Buying and selling this year has been a nightmare ! However all the people at Austins have enabled us to navigate choppy waters, and arrive in a few weeks time at our new home, thankyou for your professionalism and being nice guys to deal with. Would I use them again yes, but hopefully I will not need to. Thanks once again.

I found Simon at Austen’s to be extremely personable and professional. He went above and beyond to openly communicate with all parties and was always willing and available to talk. I found his open and honest approach very refreshing.

I have just purchased a property through Austin’s Estate Agents and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are really polite, respectful and always willing to help you with any question or query I had.

Austin’s also reassured me in times when things looked slightly uncertain and giving me some sound advice from their years of experience of being in the housing market of what to do in that situation. Mike and Simon have always been on hand and supported me right through this process.

A top quality and knowledge estate agents, highly recommend to use.

I've just sold a house through Austin Property Services and they have been superb throughout the whole process. Good, regular communication at every stage and friendly with it. No hesitation to recommend

Austin Property services have been fantastic at supporting us with our house purchase. I cannot praise them highly enough for their excellent professionalism and communication via phone or email. They always respond quickly to any enquires. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Simon he was very proactive in updates and helped with the buyer's solicitors who were very poor. I would recommend this firm

Simon and his colleagues were extremely helpful in dealing with all aspects of selling the property. They found a buyer within weeks of marketing the property and ensured the exchange went smoothly, with regular communication with the buyers and myself.

One of the only few agents that always answer the phone! I was always kept in the loop via emails which I could forward to other family members.

Excellent service all round and would recommend using them to others.

Couldn’t thank the team enough at Austin’s. From the valuation of my elderly parents bungalow, to finding a buyer and completing on the sale all within 5 weeks. The communication was excellent. The service was highly professional but extremely friendly all at the same time. The team went above and beyond. Many thanks once again, I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

A great team of professionals. Really pleased with the way they managed the house sale. Would recommend and would use again. Many thanks.

Mark and the team have been absolutely fantastic the whole way along our transaction. From representing our offers to the seller, to keeping the solicitors on their toes and contacting us the whole way through the journey. It has been a pleasure working with them and the whole service has been professional from start to finish; cannot recommend them highly enough.
