austinpropertyservices.co.uk Reviews

Always a pleasure working with this team. Kept us informed at each stage of the process and provided a personal service at all times.

Many Thanks

Excellent service, always kept up communication with me and others in the chain in regards to the house. Always polite and courteous on the phone. Wish other estate agents were as competent as these are. 5/5

We were shown a property by Mark and found his service excellent

He was informative and very professional

10 out of 10 to you Mark
Your service was greatly appreciated by us both

We first sold our house in Sep 2020 and thought events would move smoothly but we came across a rather obtuse buyer who, at the last moment, withdrew from the sale. Austins, via Mark, were left to pick up the pieces.
We found a second buyer but then ran into a quagmire in the shape of firstly, a troublesome surveyor and then, secondly,an inept paralegal who seemed convinced her task was to place every obstacle in the path of completing a complex and challenging chain.
Mark's heroic efforts got us over the line at the eleventh hour. I have never experienced such a difficult house sale before in over 12 previous occasions.
Thank you Austins for your grit and detemination.

These guys worked as a team, they kept me updated all through the process, it has been very difficult due to covid and moving from one county to another nothing was no trouble for them. I have recommended them to my friends who are also thinking of moving to Dorset

Sold my flat in Leigh on Sea,Essex as it’s been my dream to relocate to Dorset for many years! Austin estate agents have been amazing and made this move happen for me. Simon was professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Mark and Lisa were also very polite and helpful, what a fantastic team! Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly service helping us buy a house after years of being out of the market. Mike went above and beyond communicating with the sellers on our behalf.
Would highly recommend the Austin’s team.

The team at Austin's were really helpful, always there to answer any queries we had throughout the process, would definately recommend

We can not recommend these estate agents enough, they provide an amazing service that can not be beaten!
The staff @ Austin Property Services are friendly, honest, reliable and are driven to make sure they provide all their customers (buyers and sellers) the best quality service.
A real pleasure to have by your side through the sales process! :0)

Excellent promotion and communication ensured a successful sale. Thank you Austins!

Mike from Austins exceeded our expectations, he was quick and knowledgable throughout the whole sales process, but the results show for themselves! Sold within one day on the market for over asking price, couldn't be happier.

Had Mike attend our property for a valuation, very professional and explained everything. Would highly recommend Mike and the team at Austins when buying/selling! 10/10

We used Austin’s when purchasing a retirement bungalow for my ageing father and they were exceptionally patient and accommodating during the whole process. Would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Simon has been very helpful, efficient and tenacious through our purchase. I’m not sure it would have happened without him. Thank you!

Great team
Would definitely use them if I ever move in the future. By far the best estate agent and very caring.
Thank you 😊

From my initial call to Austin’s everyone was professional and very friendly. Simon has gone above and beyond to keep everyone happy with our sale keeping everyone up to date and communication was amazing. Best Agents in Weymouth

Austin Property helped me buy a flat in Weymouth through the midst of the Covid crisis. Ineviitably there were a range of changes caused by Covid but I was very impressed by the calm and pragmatic way they guided us through the process. As a retired developer I had had lots of dealings with estate agents and these guys are really sound and trustworthy..... thoroughly recommeded

Absoloutley brilliant service from Sean and the team at Austins.

Have used them on 3 occasions and on every sale had an offer within 2-3 weeks. I would suggest this agent and dont even think about goin elsewhere if you want a good service and actually get your property sold.
One very happy customer
