I received a text, an email and a phone call from Grayland, he helped me out tremendously and he customer service is above and beyond. All transactions were done quickly and very efficient.

This was an easy process, be knowledgeable, helpful produce they walked me through what I needed to do and kept me updated as to what was going on with the loan enjoyed working with them

Never answered my questions 😒 response time is horrible 😑 still have yet to know what's going on the lack of info is embarrassing. Dude told me I was to get money back also never heard a word back about this 😐

I financed two vehicles. It was significantly easier than anticipated. Everything done through text and online. Rates were good, and much better than “the best” the dealers gave.

My Auto Approve Representative, David Katzenberg, worked very hard to obtain the best refinance option for me. He was in constant contact with me in order to process the refinancing expeditiously and he was very helpful with any help that I needed during this time.
