Auto Lines Australia Reviews

Claim to have a "price beat guarantee" but when you send them a genuine claim to honour this, they avoid you at all costs and just ignore you completely to avoid having to honour their false "price beat guarantee" No integrity, poor communication and customer service and very dishonest. Avoid buying from Ebay and stick to "GENUINE" and "Authorised" AUTEL dealers. These people are even claiming to be an Australian business with OZ stock and this is a blatant lie!!

I have not received the item ordered, Australia Post seems to have lost it, not good considering i paid for express postage.

Absolutely pathetic service, poor tracking scheme. I still have not got my item. And when I emailed support no feedback. I will never recommend nor use this company again!

Great price, arrived quickly (express post) and exactly what I ordered.

Product is advertised in stock, but hasn't shipped in over a week.
I have received notification from Australia Post that an Express Post shipping label was created on Friday night, 4 days after order. As of Tuesday, Aus Post still haven't received it.
The item is still listed as in stock on the website. If it's in stock, why hasn't it shipped yet?
I don't believe the item is in stock. Had I known that it wasn't in stock I would not have ordered it from AutoLines.
I will never order from them again.

Great piece of equipment, identified the faults, the parts at fault in 2 of my vehicles and cleared them, it's worth every cent of the purchase price.

Doesn't work.

Product works well and delivery was quick.

Product had great reviews and indicated really good range of features at a very competitive price. I hope it will help me trouble shoot fault messages on my Land Rover Discovery.

Great purchase. Easy to install. I do wish they were brighter

I’m 1 hr down the road and 10days later I’m still waiting for my purchase, told me it’s in stock, got a car with no heads on it , 10 days from Melbourne to Geelong never again with this mob

Item works well. Arrived in good time.

Easy purchase and quick despatch

You havn't sent my order as promised. Youhavn't even took the time to answer my email. Australia post send the parcel back to you because a lack of postage paid by you. the worst is that you slipped up and I lost a customer. Sorry, but I will never buy from you again. Zac.

Quick, no fuss delivery, easy online shopping.

great communication, assistance to getting the right result in my situation

This amazing team of people delivered on the product that I received.
It was express shipping, and was delivered within 3 days.
The quality of this product has accomplished what I was working on and had shown my issues right away.
Also entirely greatful it wasn't a fake page! As online shopping can be scary.
But instead of being messed around they delivered.
Honestly very greatful.
