I bought a GM 10 bolt rear end assembly for a Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4 with an 8.5" ring gear. What was delivered was not that but was for a Pontiac, Olds or Buick, so I refused the delivery. I discussed the problem with Automotix and they said they'd find and send what I bought. When the second one arrived the label said it had an 8.5" ring gear and although it didn't look correct I accepted the delivery. Turns out it is an axle with a 7.5" ring gear which is worth about 25% of the one I paid for. I decided to keep it, take my loses, and use it for a different project. I'm tired of dealing with Automotix, don't plan to do so again and don't recommend them.

Quality and condition of parts are good, unfortunately when ordering online, you are given a delivery date, and as a business owner this is part of selling a repair job. With the current shipping slow down do to COVID-19, It's disappointing when you receive your part a week later than told and the email that informs you is sent the morning of the original delivery date.

Ordered online a used 2012 Mazda engine with similar miles to my original. Ordering and shipment was efficient and easy.

Great service. Price was right, delivery was better than expected.
On another note, that wasn't the part I needed and my wife asked if we could return it for a refund?

ordered a transfer case and was delivered about 4 days late which is understandable and didn’t bother me but then get it to the shop to be installed and they called and said it wasn’t any good. automotix had me fill out a form to get my money back and then they have to get in touch with the shop to verify the part is messed up before the shop can take the part back off your vehicle, they say it usually takes less than 24 hours but now my truck has been at the shop all week still waiting on them to make one phone call just to verify the part isn’t working then hopefully i’ll get my money back. PLUS i have to pay the shop labor ($260) two times for having to put the transfer case in and then having to reinstall my original one

Ordered shipped and installed ! Absolutely perfect on all parts thank you guys you did everything perfect and fast ! Much appreciation from this girl!!

My rear end axle arrived damaged! Now the automotive place putting it in is charging me extra to fix it!

They don't keep their promise of return after getting wrong product. They over charge you taking half of your money to keep. I will never buy from them or advice anyone to do so.

Delivery was fast and the transmission i bought havent gave me any problems.

I found the company online, they had the cheapest prices and the part shipped early. I have no complaints! I will definitely be shopping with them and would recommend them to anyone! Definitely 5 star service!

Estimated delivery was 11-2-20. I don't even mind if their a little late, so long as they show up lol I'll change my rating when I know they arrive and depending on how late they get to me.

Part was as ordered, delivered timely and professionally.

I received my cv joints in just a few days of ordering. I didn't realize I was buying used parts but they are original parts for my GMC.

Automotix got it right the first time. I used another company at first advertising they specialize in Hyundai parts and then they sent me the wrong part. They have not refunded the money yet--still working on it.

Order an engine, turns out to be internally catastrophically damaged on arrival. Return engine for replacement thinking surely they wont send me another trash engine. The replacement engine shows up, worse then the original. This one clearly had holes, fire damage, broken welds and even a tag that read "send back for repair if possible". Refused delivery of this engine and then started the process of getting refunded. I had to wait until the engine was received back at their location for the refund to begin process. 23SEPT I was notified, after calling multiple times, that the refund was now processed and would take 3-7 business days. I call back a few days into this process and am told the latest it would take is 06OCT. Today is 06OCT and I was just informed, after calling in yet again, that the process was never even initiated and NOW it will be 3-7 business days...Stay away from these people.
