Fast on time shipping. Unit was in good condition as advertised.

I submitted an online form to cancel my order.. To my surprise i recieved an email stating the order shipped so I called customer service a d was informed they didn't recieve anything about a cancelation. I asked them to cancel the order and was informed that I would be responsible for shipping charges. 1 week later I'm getting a text stating that my order is available to pick up... I now need to call and find out why it was not canceled

I got sent the wrong transfer case, I emailed an stayed on the line for more than an hour an still no response...

Used sun visor for 2002 Toyota Sienna was shipped quickly and the item is in very good condition for it's age. Totally satisfied with the purchase!

I Purchased a transmission on the 27th... on the website it said 3 day shipping but here it is feb second and still no delivery date... other then that everything seem cool...

I was sent a motor with blown freeze plugs and they told me it was my problem.This company screws their customers

If I could leave screenshots that would more justify my experience purchasing them waiting while being told day after day that my motor was shipped to my mechanic and it wasn't. I've had to extend my rental beyond what I'm budgeted because of the delays and online misinformation given nevermind the customer service personnel misinformed. Mostly I'm disappointed that had I been given the actual shipper link Saia Freight then I could've in contact with the company at fault. Just understand that your parts move all over before they come to final destination... Mine crystal river, ocala, jacksonville, tampa, Zephyrhills, tampa, then finally delivered.

The product I was sent was incorrect in the year and model of the part and vehicle I selected and the parts were rusty and what looked to be bad parts and I had to wait over a week to even start the process of a refund because not being able to make contact with ur service providers

My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago and it still didn’t get shipped. Every time I call the company to ask about my order they tell me that it will ship today but it still didn’t get shipped yet.

Complete dumpsterfire of a company. If you want to throw your money away and never receive parts go right ahead. Customer service is trash and so is there tracking. Oh and when you have had enough of the run around it will be another couple weeks and you might get your money back.

Wow... Automotix saved me 800 hundred dollars with purchasing the rear axle I needed for my Dodge pickup. It took a week and a half longer to get it... but well worth the wait. It is in and works great. Thank You Automotix.
