Transmission is bad currently trying to get into contact with company went through all the guidelines wasted a bunch of time and money for no reason do not buy from this sight

I'm not well pleased with automix because they shipped my transmission to Nashville, Tn and it sat in a warehouse for 10 days. The courier service gave me the run arounds, so I had to go pick it up myself.

I needed to change my delivery address and they wouldn’t allow me to change it without filling out a form and emailing it back to them. So I did that and they never corresponded with me confirming the address has been changed or if they are even going to ship it to the correct address at all.

I paid 2587.00 for a transmission that i was told had 51000 miles on it. The trans fluid in the pan looks like it has 251000 miles on it. I'll be lucky if the transmission works once it's installed . I guess we will see.

Purchased a exact OEM used stereo head unit for an F150. Easy to install and works good so far!

I was sent a bad engine and they will not replace it. I bought an engine it came damaged I returned it, then they sent me another engineit was bad would not turn over. They would not replace. I bought one more engine this one worked but they won't return the bad engine they sent me.

I had an awful experience with your company. To start off with the company you used to ship my engine which cost over $1,400 by the way did not strap the engine down in the trailer. Also when the liftgate driver came the engine fell off of the liftgate damaging the engine further. Also your customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund, and haven't received it yet and it's been 7 days. If I don't receive it in two days, I'm reporting you to the BBB and contacting my lawyer for proceedings.

The transmission I received works ok but not as well as I had hoped, but I am back on the road.

I was extremely satisfied with the service and prices I recommend them to everyone

The sales person was friendly but it too a little.longer than I expected to get the part.

Ordered a transfer case w/ a 1year warranty. Installed it. It is defective so I put in a warranty claim over a month ago and still have not heard from them.

My part came on time,and my car runs GREAT!!!!!!

Not a very good experience...Overpriced used auto parts ..I overpaid for used alternator.Wanted to charge a ridiculous restocking fee (35$)..Cut my loss ..Do not do business with you will regret it !!!Go to a parts yard and pull it yourself save yourself $100 !!I would leave zero stars if given the opportunity!!
