I have a Pontiac G5 and I payed for 30k-60k miles on the engine and the engine came with 26,055 which is great for what it was worth. And delivery was fast started in knew every step of the way. Fs a great business I have nun bad to say.

I bought a 2018 f150 5.0 for $7,290. First off ima say it took about 15 days to receive my engine . I picked the engine up from the AAA cooper dock 28th of September 2026 and it was wrapped up . Got it loaded on to my truck and removed the plastic wrap and ohhhhhhhh myyyyy god , it was so rusty, intake manifold was broken, crack in the oil pan completely dirty . I had requested pictures of the engine before it was shipped and they didn’t send me no pictures, I also asked for documentation regarding the miles and V.I.N # they didn’t provide neither .
They told me the miles on the engine was 49,000 , completely false information.
I told them this isn’t what I asked for and would like to ship it back they told me the looks doesn’t matter .
They told me to install the engine and get a diagnostic on the engine, I proceeded to do what they asked of me install the engine in on the 28th with the help of my team . Motor came defective and had camshaft codes. I contacted them and they said that’s not the engine! I sent them over proof that it was the engine . They also told me to take it to a ford dealership I also proceeded to do that ford did there diagnostic and said the exact same thing and I sent them over the report and they said I sent over a fake report! Also said that the codes I sent was transmission related codes , I responded it wasn’t no transmission related codes !!Now they trying to get me to send a video of the motor running in the vehicle and pictures of a heat tab ! Dewayne was the mane person who being giving me hard times I also have everything recorded. He also said to with a racist comment us black people like me that came from Africa. I have that on recording !

My experience with Best Use Auto was very good. The salesman John went through the extra effort to make sure I was getting the correct transmission. He double crossed the VIN, wheelbase, etc.. I looked into other suppliers for the part, and I found it cheaper on another website and when I informed him, he came very close to matching the other price. I went with Best Use Auto because of the good ratings on the BBB. I also did some searching and found that some of the other companies I was getting prices from weren’t as reputable or as honest. Once I paid for the part, which was very easy, a woman named Suzanna Smith contacted me via email and text and kept me notified of the progress of the packing and then shipping of my part. All in all the whole process was very easy and very efficient.

I purchased a transmission in the beginning of April took a week or so to get the transmission put in after driving it for a week notice that it wasn't shifting very easily thought it was a torque converter so now I paid the mechanic to drop the transmission again to put a new torque converter in after installing the new torque converter I had similar problems he thought the torque converter could have a could have been bad he said it's under warranty dropped it again to put the new torque converter in and saw that the transmission was really worn and bad mind you getting in and out of the mechanic shop and getting the scheduled I call back to Best used Auto parts and they tell me my warranty has expired even though the transmission never shifted properly so I paid $2,700 for a low mileage transmission. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from them I could show purchase of a new torque converter within the 90 days showing that the transmission never shifted properly but they still refuse to stand behind their product can't let companies like this bully us around we need to put them out of business

Ordered a engine came all rust was only supposed to have 30000 miles had someone install it was no good so the send another engine to replace was worst tha the first the told me to return and thell return my money they don't return the money

Ordered an engine for a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta CBTA. Was told the engine has 60k miles and it was tested. Received the engine and the engine didn’t turn over manually with a wrench. I been trying to get ahold of someone at best used auto parts but get the run around.
